I recently got the JEP-R with IQPUMP01 and only recently found out you can only control 1 or the other - not both. Doesnt really make sense why, and seems to confuse some of the guys that work for my pool guy. It would be great to be able to adjust all additional settings and functions for the pump directly from the app. (ie MIN and MAX defaults)

Cant get connected to wifi. Bought wifi extender with no effect, still says off line, called 6 to 7 times for tech support, always closed. Said call back one time, no call back. Does no good if you cant access the program. Frustrated!!

WIFI range is bad, you have to stand next to the robot cleaner control to get connection . Cannot set my timezone defaults to Pacific all the time

To date now one has been able to fix the the connection issues, including the Jandy rep or the dealer who installed the unit when they built the pool.

It is functional. It's a 20 year old interface with equally old communication interfaces. I could lead a team of 2 hardware engineers and 3 software devs and have this second to none. And I'm not setting the bar from other pool apps since they all are horrible. I'm saying a modern automation and control suite. They've had 20 years... Same stuff.

still not fixed one month later. terrible, Ever since the last update this happen.I open the app all is fine. Close the app go about my day. Open the app I get a pure white screen and do not see my equipment, nothing I can do so I now I have to go to settings and force close the app then open it again so I can do anything.

This app is killing me. It disconnects from my wifi and its the only way to get the solar on. I cant afford the 700 remote but I would if I could!
