Not only is it app keep crashing all the time. The hardware that it is supporting has ridiculously expensive spare parts(or none). Do yourself a favor avoid zodiac/Jandy products for your pool. As far as a support from this app I only had the chance to deal with incompetence and morons . Their advice is as stupid as reboot your phone. Uninstall/reinstall the app, or referencing updates that do not exist. We are now a month into these repeat failure and no progress from support....

Decent app but this years version has constant crashes after the first load (works first time but when you reopen it crashes until you force close the app) Not a huge deal just have to close it and reopen it but annoying for sure. I cleared all data and issue reoccurs. On a Samsung S10 please fix !

Worked fine for two months. Now won't allow login even though I can login via web browser. Uninstall and reinstall no help. Pretty irritating. Finally received ptomised tech support call...after three weeks(!!)...by that time I had debugged problem. Sad.

This new version is super buggy it crashes constantly. Not sure why they won't fix it the previous app was no where near this bad. Very poor programming!!!

This is the worst system I have purchased. I had it installed by a licensed contractor who promised me that it will work better than the original Iaqualink system that I previously had. It cost me $2100.00 for this ststem and it hasn't worked properly. It goes offline a number of times every day. It still doesn't work now on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Since the update, the app has been errantly turning on the pool heater which is not programmed to be on at anytime. The system and/or app also cuts off the pump, waterfalls and othe programmed functions randomly during its scheduled time to run which is bery frustrating. I check the programming through the PDA and everything is scheduled properly.

Issues with the scheduling. Once I schedule a certain number of operations, the system can't handle additional. I attempted to schedule clean mode but clean mode would not show on the screen, as I set days and times, it changed the schedule on one of the operations already set.

does a very mediocre job as a remote on off controller. does not use consistent terminology, therefore confusing. changes made in portions of the programming do not always update in other areas. i have been using it for 5 years and they have made no improvements. One year later, no improvement at all.

I've had this app for a couple of months and it crashes EVERY TIME I use it. If I open it to turn on a pool feature, it will crash when I go back to turn it off. My cleaner has stayed in the same place (missing scheduled cleaning time frames) multiple times. I have a brand new pool and this app is frustrating. I've had to turn it on other turn on the cleaner on my own to make up for it, but I don't always catch it. I hope the app developers resolve these issues soon.
