Constantly have connectivity issues as others have already mentioned. Using Samsung Galaxy S10+. Just tried downloading app on Samsung tablet and can't even find the app in Play store. Need help!

Worked fine for a month or so for our Polaris pool cleaner. Now it just says connection error. Network is up and running fine. Have uninstalled/re installed multiple times. Would not recommend

This app is just horrible! Altogether I paid $1,800 for this IQ robot pool cleaner and the main reason I did it was because it said it's Alexa enabled yet I have been trying the entire day and have not been able to get it to. My entire house is connected to Alexa so I know how to enable the skills and connect but it will not discover the device. on top of that the app crashes at least 2 out of 5 times that I open and it's extremely laggy. Absolutely pitiful especialy considering the cost!!!!
