It unfortunately sucks, but when it actually works it's fine. Connection issues, crashes, says I'm offline etc. It's not my wifi connection because everything else works fine at my house so it is something on their end. I've had to call their technical support several times for help...

Works very well. Update - 4/17/2020 - I haven't used the app much in the last year because everything has been working fine. But, my pump is really loud (needs to be replaced) so I tried getting into the app to change the schedule time of the pump. The app looks all different and the only thing that it will allow me to change is the temperature. I can't get to any other options. Not too happy with the app at the moment.

When opening the schedule to check on when things are running or to make changes the AM and PM is jumbled over the times so you cant read it or tell what the times say and what equipment it's for. I was told that it works fine if you have a iPhone but my problem happens when you have a android phone. I love my Android phone and should not have to change to a iphone just because of the app. I'm very upset. I want to use it on my android with out these issues on things showing up clearly.
