Doesn't work. I'm able to connect, but I cannot get past the screen for setting the timezone. It doesn't even list my timezone (Arizona, Phoenix, or MST), so I have to pick something wrong. No matter what timezone I do pick, it says that seeing the timezone failed, and it stays on that screen. I really wish that I had never bought a robot from this horrible manufacturer.

Since the upgrade to the Sept. 16th version (5.0.1) I can no longer manage the schedules for my pump! You can click on them and turn them on/off but the changes just revert back.

Update one year later. 10-3-2019 so the phone app was updated recently for android. Now I cant get my jacuzzi to turn on or off i have to walk 30 ft away behind my garage to the controls through the dirt and operate the system through service mode... will have to call customer Paid alot of money with my new pool to have phone control. Only had the app a short week and 75% of the time it doesnt work even though I have green system status light. You click on device and all I get is a blank screen.

This last update in September 2019 has bricked my system. My pool vacuum will no longer work at all. Support has been incredibly slow and unhelpful in solving my issues. The screens are still there but all of the buttons are gone so I cannot actually do anything with the app.

crashes ever since they updated it. it takes 3 times to load the app before it will stop crashing. it does this reliably every time. crash, crash, then load.

The entire system of pool device + app is iffy and unreliable. The pool device's network connection is frequently interrupted when no other phone, computer or TV on same WiFi has the issue. The app is intolerant of disconnects: try to edit schedules using the hacky web app interface => connection lost => most features become unusable => need support reset. The system is unfit for use in real environments. Developer tries to address issues in case by case support without fixing underlying causes.

The latest update from 9/16/19 has been a trainwreck. When I go to my pre-set pump schedules and attempt to slide the blue dot from left to right to activate one of my schedules, it will ignore my request and slide the blue dot back to the off position. Customer support takes a whole day to get back to me....still no resolution. Extremely disappointed. Shouldn't an app update IMPROVE the user experience? Good grief.

Brand new install Exo IQ Ph with Proflow VS pump. Connected Exo to wifi in the app no worries, app says firmware update required will take 10-20 minutes the update wheel just spins forever them times out. Have tried like 10+ times over the day and doesn't work. Very disappointed. Strong wifi signal and very fast internet so can't see the issue.
