I love this bank!!! They are on top of there stuff!! They woke me up this morning about fraudulent activity before I even noticed my own wallet gone! They are amazing and had everything resolved and all my money back within a couple hours!

Went in to sign up for a business checking account and was helped immediately by April Whitton. The process was quick and painless. So quick and painless that I decided to open a personal account and switch banks on the spot. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
Everyone was easy to work with. The rates were great and the process was easy for mortgage related loans.
I've been using Idaho Central for almost a year now. Good rates. Good service in general. A couple issues with their security safeguards being overly protective. But what has stood out was my interactions with Holly Burden. Amazingly great in her roll. Thanks for all your support.
My exhusband and I have been using them since we lived in Idaho. We moved back to GA and loved them so much, we kept them as our primary bank. Excellent customer service, online and mobile services and fast deposits. So much better than most banks. I just wish there were some in GA, so I could do cash withdrawals and deposits. Haha!
Latest addition to services from ICCU is Apple Pay for ICCU debit and Credit cards. Of course, you will need an iPhone 6, 6Plus, iPad Air 2 or iPad Mini 3 to pay within apps, iOS 8.1 or later, Touch ID or passcode on your device and an iCloud account. Now does anyone know what merchants in the Boise area have Apple Pay?
Seems weird to write a review for a bank, but these guys are just that good. They have the best member benefits and probably the best loan rates in the entire valley. I had a 1.99% interest rate on my car loan! Okay, so part of that is my credit, but the other half of the coin is just how amazingly low their rates are. My least favorite branch. They need to step it up a bit with their line and with their attitude. Not the typical "happy to see you" warm welcome like all of the other ICCU branches seem to have.
