This is my go to branch when I'm downtown. In the last few years they have been adding a number of locations around the Boise/Meridian/Nampa area which I appreciate due to the fact that I'm traveling around the area and never know where I am going to be. Great and friendly staff.

I grew up using a credit union but just spent the last 6 years with Wells Fargo ... never again. I didn't have any horrific experiences, but the fees for accessing your own money were already out of control and they are only going to get worse. I walked in to ICCU in May, moved my savings and checking over to them, and never looked back. For those worried about ATM availability, there is a huge national network of no-charge ATMs for credit union users (is there an app for that? I haven't checked ...). Anyways, the trans... read more

First of all: decide what is more important to you, dependable service from local people who honestly want to help you navigate the sea of finance or convenience. The fees for convenience are not worth it. My husband and I suffered through banking with Wells Fargo for many years. We recently closed a first time home buyer client with ICCU and the buyers worked with Lance. He was extremely knowledgeable and even took time to come to the closing. Incredible rate for the buyer too! I have referred additional business to them via my real estate brokerage - Progressive Realty Corp.

I love these guys. Anytime we have had a problem, it's fixed. They are friendly, and accessible, and they don't circle around like normal banker-vulture types trying to pick at your wallet.

ICCU is a great bank, period. Looking for a house loan, they bent over backwards to find the best rates and when they did, they were prompt and efficient in submitting papers and whatever else was needed. They simply are the best.

Nice people but don't understand a couple things they've done. I don't see why they helped scammers but that's another story. Immediate problem is a teller in Caldwell ID decided to tell a friend who had driven me to bank all about my account including stating out loud how much my Social Security check is and why my account looks like it does and why I'm using a gift card.
