Don't waste your time with them. My biggest issue with them is their cybersecurity, they are focused on the wrong things. You can change all your contact information, except your email address. For that, you have to conduct a video chat to get it changed, when I asked why, they said it was for cyber security reasons. I switched banks and went into ICCU because I have a auto loan. I gave them the information of my new bank account. Then I received notice of a past due payment and a late fee on my auto loan. I called ICCU and waited probably forty minutes before I got to talk to somebody. They looked it up and found that they made a mistake on their end. I ended up paying for two months on my auto loan. They said I would get reimbursed for the late fee since it was their fault, but I never received it. It's really frustrating to get charge... read more
DO NOT USE THEM FOR TRUSTS OR BANKING IN GENERAL. Tried to work with them on getting an estate settled and it was a nightmare. Got several different answers to the same questions and in the end, they have been very little help. It will cost the estate money to fix some of the issues they didn't execute on. This was the Front street location, Eagle branch was better.

DO NOT APPLY FOR ANYTHING WITH THIS BANK. I would leave zero stars if I could but Yelp requires at least 1 rating. ICCU does not notify you if they will lock your account, which is dangerous if you need money ie. for gas, for food, for your babies! I've experienced this twice! Recently, we needed to get water from the store. Mind you I had $255 reflecting on my checkings. My savings is on a zero balance and in good standing. Paying ANYTHING over the phone is considered a CASH ADVANCE for which you will be charged a cash advance fee by your bank. When they run your transactions they will not tell you that they are going to run it as a cash advance because they do not care, it is not their problem. And because it is not their problem they will do nothing to help you reverse these fees either. iccu functions less than even big banking rather than a regional credit union. long hold times (15-40 min) in person and longer by phone just to be routed around and wait agin. . terrible and sarcastic customer service. they act as if they are too big to fail. they offer competitive rates but just bring their rates to you favorite bank and they will likely meet or beat the rate. leave ICCU in the rear view, customer service is in theirs.

I have been with ICCU 11 years, I have paid off all of my loans, credit cards, and car payments on time. I currently only owe $546. in credit card debt, have a car that is booked at $26,000 and paid off, and a home with over$100,000 in equity and in 11 years ICCU has not raised my credit limit 1 dime. DO NOT BANK HERE!! Any other credit union would appreciate 11 years of on time payments, and less than 4% of credit card use.

I opened a couple of accounts a year or so ago and have had nothing but trouble with there systems. The latest - I paid off a home equity line. The app showed zero so I assumed everything was fine. Yesterday I got a note saying that I was delinquent on one of my accounts. I took another look at the app and it show $0 for everything so I called customer service. The person that I spoke to couldn't see it either but found it after 15 minutes or so. I made arrangements to pay it off and went in yesterday and paid it off. ... read more

Idaho Central Credit Union is definitely growing, and with that the care/relationships with customers is declining. I've done 5 car loans with them over the years being a member since somewhere around 04/05 and it all went pretty well. Every one of my car loans I have made extra payments on and paid them all off early. Recently I was told they've changed some of their requirements for vehicle loans as they've become larger and they would not finance one for me.
