This bank is just terrible NEVER EVEN LOOK IN THE DIRECTION OF THIS BANK. they cost me over $4,465 for NOTHING. I've been with them for four years now... always in good standing. A scammer got into my account and apparently deposited a check and immediately transferred it out. How did they not catch that this check was fraud?? ICCU partners with Visa. Both institutions claim that their customer's purchases are protected. However, if a dispute takes too long, or the dishonest merchant draws out the process, both ICCU and Visa will deny the dispute, despite evidence, due to time. Both institutions will deny fault and blame the other to avoid accountability. This is a choice, not due to law. Mastercard does not do this. Other banks and credit unions don't all do this. we've been here for a really long time never had a problem went to pay off our boat today and they they wouldn't accept the fee so they would take our debit card which had a $500 limit so he wrote a check and then there was a $500 payoff fee so we giving you $500 for absolutely nothing I wouldn't go here for a loan
They set up my first payment and the ez pay on my new car loan wrong, then applied the first payment different than what I told them, then did not take the second payment and on the third they took the wrong amount. Spok to a rep, he could not figure out, then a supervisor and she was pretty condescending and not helpful and got no solution. Supervisor was NOT SYMPATHEIC TO MY EXPERIENCE AT ALL!! Last week I contacted ICCU to see if I can suspend my truck loan and required insurance until my truck is released. It does not make sense to make payments or have insurance for a truck that has been impounded? Carly stated that the bank can only suspend 2 months of my required truck payments. Dakota stated that they can only allow me to carry comprehensive insurance but suspend my collision insurance. They deducted funds from an account that were to be deposited in an account at Chase bank. It's been 3 days later and those funds have still not been transferred to Chase bank even though they were removed from my ICCU account. My Chase bank representative called ICCU to follow up BUT ICCU refused to provide any information to Chase bank. It was a sizable amount!
worst f&$king credit union ever! They allowed fraud to happen on my accounts and refused to give any relief whatsoever even though they had some culpability in the process!! Stay away like the plague!!
Nice people but don't understand a couple things they've done. I don't see why they helped scammers but that's another story. Immediate problem is a teller in Caldwell ID decided to tell a friend who had driven me to bank all about my account including stating out loud how much my Social Security check is and why my account looks like it does and why I'm using a gift card. I've been trying to get information on opening an account. They won't respond. I just want to know if they have extra services for people who sexually abuse kids or if it's just reserved for family of executives.
