Last week I contacted ICCU to see if I can suspend my truck loan and required insurance until my truck is released. It does not make sense to make payments or have insurance for a truck that has been impounded? Carly stated that the bank can only suspend 2 months of my required truck payments. Dakota stated that they can only allow me to carry comprehensive insurance but suspend my collision insurance. They deducted funds from an account that were to be deposited in an account at Chase bank. It's been 3 days later and those funds have still not been transferred to Chase bank even though they were removed from my ICCU account. My Chase bank representative called ICCU to follow up BUT ICCU refused to provide any information to Chase bank. It was a sizable amount!

worst f&$king credit union ever! They allowed fraud to happen on my accounts and refused to give any relief whatsoever even though they had some culpability in the process!! Stay away like the plague!!

Nice people but don't understand a couple things they've done. I don't see why they helped scammers but that's another story. Immediate problem is a teller in Caldwell ID decided to tell a friend who had driven me to bank all about my account including stating out loud how much my Social Security check is and why my account looks like it does and why I'm using a gift card. I've been trying to get information on opening an account. They won't respond. I just want to know if they have extra services for people who sexually abuse kids or if it's just reserved for family of executives.

I have a HELOC with ICCU, my payments are always the 25th of the month. Last month, I went into the branch and deposited a large check and paid it off completely 5 days before the due date... or so I thought. I told the teller to pay it off, I wanted a $0 balance, as in "I owe you nothing". I made sure my app showed $0 balance before leaving. I should also note that this took way longer than it should've. My husband and I had been with TOPCU credit union for over 40 years without any glitches here in Tucson, AZ. But since it was taken over by ICCU, a credit union from out of state, it has been one issue after another. My husband and had 2 separate accounts and they mixed them up. Than Cox cable kept sending me emails that the October bill had not been paid. I have always paid these bills through Bill Pay online. ICCU customer help kept telling me it was processed and paid. Worst bank ever ever racist ! I provided all documents to open my bank account and had a member call and interrogate me saying he suspects I'm fraudulent since so many people are committing it accused me of it then threatened me! So not go to this bank worst experience ever !

I tried to cash a check that is drawn on ICCU. They told me that as I did not have an account with them, they charged a fee to cash it. They wanted $20 fee to cash it. Then they tried to get me to open an account with them, saying that way I wouldn't encounter a fee, I already have a bank account and don't need another one. I am the executor of my brothers estate and have a separate bank account just for it. But this check included money refunded for a fee that I had paid out of my own pocket.
