I've been trying to get information on opening an account. They won't respond. I just want to know if they have extra services for people who sexually abuse kids or if it's just reserved for family of executives.
I have a HELOC with ICCU, my payments are always the 25th of the month. Last month, I went into the branch and deposited a large check and paid it off completely 5 days before the due date... or so I thought. My husband and I had been with TOPCU credit union for over 40 years without any glitches here in Tucson, AZ. But since it was taken over by ICCU, a credit union from out of state, it has been one issue after another. My husband and had 2 separate accounts and they mixed them up. Worst bank ever ever racist ! I provided all documents to open my bank account and had a member call and interrogate me saying he suspects I'm fraudulent since so many people are committing it accused me of it then threatened me! So not go to this bank worst experience ever !

I tried to cash a check that is drawn on ICCU. They told me that as I did not have an account with them, they charged a fee to cash it. They wanted $20 fee to cash it. Then they tried to get me to open an account with them, saying that way I wouldn't encounter a fee, I already have a bank account and don't need another one. I am the executor of my brothers estate and have a separate bank account just for it. But this check included money refunded for a fee that I had paid out of my own pocket. took forever to get me my debit card and now at 5:00 in the morning when i need to access my account these idiots decide to have their website closed for "scheduled maintenance" i made a huge mistake when i moved to this credit union!!!!!!
Far left woke bank. They've also had crashes and you don't get your payroll check when it's been sent to the bank. ICCU is a whole mess.
Principle payment were applied to interest... been trying to fix for over a year and continue getting the run around

After confirming my loan was payed off 60 days ago, I continue getting e-mails stating there is a small balance due. Called customer service and was informed they cannot due ANYTHING, and would have to speak with a specialists. I informed them I will not again wait on hold for their very slow response as in the past. I will be watching my credit rating very close on this. This baloney does justify the many low ratings.
