I have been with ICCU 11 years, I have paid off all of my loans, credit cards, and car payments on time. I currently only owe $546. in credit card debt, have a car that is booked at $26,000 and paid off, and a home with over$100,000 in equity and in 11 years ICCU has not raised my credit limit 1 dime. DO NOT BANK HERE!! Any other credit union would appreciate 11 years of on time payments, and less than 4% of credit card use.

I opened a couple of accounts a year or so ago and have had nothing but trouble with there systems. The latest - I paid off a home equity line. The app showed zero so I assumed everything was fine. Yesterday I got a note saying that I was delinquent on one of my accounts. I took another look at the app and it show $0 for everything so I called customer service. The person that I spoke to couldn't see it either but found it after 15 minutes or so. I made arrangements to pay it off and went in yesterday and paid it off. ... read more

Idaho Central Credit Union is definitely growing, and with that the care/relationships with customers is declining. I've done 5 car loans with them over the years being a member since somewhere around 04/05 and it all went pretty well. Every one of my car loans I have made extra payments on and paid them all off early. Recently I was told they've changed some of their requirements for vehicle loans as they've become larger and they would not finance one for me. Don't try to open a bank account on Saturdays, they can be bothered to do it. They force you to do it via video chat while they have an actual person sitting there with you that is completely capable of opening the account in person, this is the laziest, rudest most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered with a bank. We are seriously considering canceling all our accts with iccu because of this.

Like many other reviews have stated we have found that as ICCU grows it's service gets worse. We finally had enough today and closed all our accounts. Christian the manager of the Overland branch publicly humiliated my wife who was asking about a couple of $25 fees on our account. It seems that our account was not set up as we asked or understood and as a result the fees. He made sure to speak loud enough for all to hear that it was not a bank error and the fees would be collected. He also spoke to her as if she were a child... read more

My son & I moved here over a year ago. I THANK GOD ABOVE have always kept my old checking account from back home open even though I did open one here as well. Initially I was not impressed as my back old account has much more as far as perks & things like that go. Anyway fast forward to now & we are having some mental health issues with my son as a result of the move, & some traumatic events, my elderly mother has to move against her will, & due to issues with my sons school enrollment paperwork apparently not being processe... read more

I made payments on time through the portal for 2 years. I moved recently and must have forgotten my obligation. I first learned from TransUnion that I was late. My ICCU never contacted me to tell me I was late. When I called them, I learned that somehow the email address they had been using for 2 years changed internally without my doing. Terrible bank. They give zero care for their members. They even let fraudulent activity happen on two of our accounts even when I informed them as it was happening.

do not do businesss with them . when I was in the hospital a company they owned said they served me papers over 150$ from Action Collection (iccu is part owner) this is a good bank when there making money off you . 36 k they made off me in loans . 1150$ ended up being taken from my account while I was in the hospital . they are crooked and use crooked mob tactics to get 150$ . stay far far far away . these are bad owners .
