Customer service has always been top shelf for me. Short wait times for reps. Reps are knowledgeable and quick to action. Some transactions however require video chat. Overall they're great in my opinion . Wish they had branches in California . Best bank I've ever dealt with
I LOVE ICCU. I've been a user for 9+ yrs. when I relocated to Boise. Since then they've added locations yearly. I especially appreciate the fantastic service from Savannah M. at the Front St location ! Bravo Zulu to her! After surgeries she became my "Online Banker". ................ICCU - Make her Employee of the Year !.............. Nikki. J. From the loan center got me all done in literally five minutes. It was the fastest customer service and the best I've received in a long time five stars you guys.
I had to call in to get a plane ticket purchased, and there was a total of about 15 seconds of hold time (if that) and Tiffany from the North Idaho branch picked up my call, she not only helped me perfectly with my issue but was exceptionally kind and easy to talk to!!!

I was a bit hesitant to try this credit union with the super low rating. I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised. Amazing and friendly service so far with the number of times I have had to come in. They even handled a signature guarantee for me seamlessly. I have had a great experience with both the retail side and business side of the operation. My update is this: The reason I was disappointed in their response at the time was that I had asked, when I opened the HELOC, if I could move it to second position if I wanted to get a first mortgage. I was in an accident with tons of bills and honestly these people are so incredibly understanding and worked with me to get my charges suitable to what I could afford and we're very very proffessional and actually felt like they care about their customers and not just the money, I've never ever ever had a problem with them and I'm confident if I ever did have a problem they would fix it instantly. Every bank and credit union should follow the standards iccu and it's employees are setting!!!!!!!!! 10/10 most prefered bank
Best customer service I have received over the telephone in a long time! I was locked out of my business account because I forgot my login information. It was such a joy to call the 800 number and be answered by a live human being. She was very clear and articulate, polite, and solved my problem right away. I felt very secure during the transaction with a version of two-factor authentication. It was even before 8:00 this morning!

I was just about to write them a great review regarding them arranging a mobile deposit for me while out of town. HowI went to the trouble in order to have my normal 'direct deposit' which would arrive late, done a few days early after getting my employer to write a paper check. Well, this is the same deposit amount that I normally get, and after going to all of the trouble, they put the exact same deposit on an extra day hold.
