they have successfully taken 2,000 from me through their refusal to do the smallest office tasks in getting information. there was a woman in the insurance department that was the worst I've ever experienced and apparently she's been there the longest

In just a few short years, ICCU has completely list its identity. It now has the feel of a US Bank or other massive institution. After being a member for several years, I was beyond disappointed to learn the best interest rate they would offer me on a vehicle loan was 10.4%. Westmark, who I've never done any business with, took my loan @7.2%. $25, OOO down, a $6,500 loan for one year, and a bank with no history with me beats my bank by 3 percentage points. As of today, I no longer bank with ICCU. Good riddance

They used to be great; what happened? Time to come into the 21st century, ICCU. Holding electronic transfers for a week is ridiculous, and charging an additional fee for "out of network ATMs," in addition to the ATM fees, is just plain greedy. Their customer service representatives have reached out to "help resolve your issues," but they only offer platitudes and no actual solutions.

Awful credit union to deal with, I have $10k in savings for approx 1 year deposited while opening account. I make 100k$ annually. Weekly deposits. I am not able to receive financing for auto, home or personal reasons. I have paid ALL derogatory marks on my account and have zero chargebacks or collections. I am told my income does not affect my eligibility for credit lines, the application uses a totally different credit model than the actual bank uses. This bank has really gone down hill over the years. More fees for stupid stuff like making more than 6 withdrawals from my savings, offering horrible interest rates on autoloan and terrible return. I will be moving my banking back to USAA or Navy Federal , very sad, they use to be very good ....

We just moved here from out of state. We like credit unions so we chose ICCU to open our accounts. When we opened our account we told the person twice that we wanted to opt out of overdraft protection. She acknowledged this. Yesterday, we miscalculated the amount that was in our account and when making a purchase, (our fault...moving is stressful) we overdrew on our checking account. Like many other reviewers I have experienced being micromanaged and treated distrustfully. Whoever at ICCU decided to focus on risk management forgot the biggest risk is losing all your customers. Two day hold on all checks, then three days to wire one. Can't send wires without voice-conferencing in their broken app. I'm easygoing with banks but am spending the time and money just to get away from their processes. It's that bad.

I have been banking at ICCU since I moved to Idaho, In 2017. I froze my card because I lost the card thought everything was ok tell I got $296.00 in the negative if you activate your card control transaction can still go through ICCU was going to give me 75.00 in overdraft I will go without a bank account for 7 years to prove I won't pay almost a hundred dollars in overdraft fees. I would not recommend. I was lied to my face by the loan officer in charge of my auto loan. So now I've paid $3400 in bogus fees for my auto loan. And if that wasn't bad enough, I find out they are in bed with Liberty mutual/ Safeco insurance. Liberty mutual won't pay out for anything whether it's your fault or not. It's been 4 years ago now that a safeco driver crashed into my wife's car and causing her to be 60% disabled for the rest of her life. Her medical bills are over 100k from the wreck.
