The room we were in was spacious. Bed was comfortable....however the rooms need some definite updating!!!

Amenities are nice, restaurant, snacks etc. Room was clean, typical wear and tear for hotel carpet. Beds and pillows are not great. In the cold weather room was extremely dry, everyone woke up stuffy and with a sore throat.

took 25 mins to get hot water; then hot water did not last long enough to shower much less for the sink to wash your hands!!! didnt get room cleaned sonce we were NOT made aware of the fact that we needed to tell the front desk b4 7AM that we would want that done since we stayed 2 days! Will b a long time b4 we return!!!😩

The room was large and comfortable. We were not offered cleaning service when we checked in. The next day I had to walk through the hotel carrying clean towels to our room! We will not stay there again.

Horrible customer service, please hire enthusiastic people and willing want to work.. Or just replace them with automated check in and check out kiosk.

Lovely room but no cold water! I've heard of no hot water but this was uncomfortable. The sink offered hot water from the cold tap and hotter water from the hot tap. Your shower choice was HOT or scalding!

When I called in before even leaving home to make sure I had the things I needed. I calle and was assure that they would be able to accommodate me when I called into front desk one supervisor was intolerant to my requests and just rudely hung up on me. Then when I called back some other employee refused to let me talk to a manager and chastised me several times over me checking in too late too receive the things I asked for. If available, should you provide the name of the other agents, their customer service could be addressed as well. We hope you give us another chance in the future. For future reference, we do not have box fans available for guest use. We do have ceiling fans in the Deluxe Tower hotel, should you wish to upgrade. Thank you again.
