Room was nice, no real issues except an alarm kept going off in someone’s room, it was as annoying. Also I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub but when I went to the pool area it was closed.

Find another place Bad - they didn’t have the room we reserved. Put us in a room that had less beds than we needed and said they didn’t have extra pillows. WiFi was bad. Water pressure terrible. Bed was basically on the floor and too soft. Just a bad all around experience.

The parking structure was filthy. That made me concerned about the casino and rooms. They were clean and the room was extremely well maintained.

Hotel rooms wreak of smoke, I guess that's to be expected of a hotel connected to a casino (according to my husband) but not ideal for someone who is health conscious and getting up the next day to run the Bix7. Wont stay here again.

We used to love the Isle hotel and casino.. Staff was always awesome games were good.. Then things changed.. Prices higher, slots tighter.. Most staff is still awesome.. But there are a few less than that. We used to make it a point to visit every other month.. That will no longer be they case.. Unless the hotel offers better pricing and there gaming offers perks.. We miss that.. Still the river view is awesome

Staff at the front desk was rude. Had to pay a “resort fee” but had to ask for frest towels and a room refresh. Once that was established, we received the clean towels in a bad tossed on the bathroom sink. No fresh sheets and the trash was never emptied. Wouldnt stay again.

Not so many kids and if so keep them in one tower not both. They constantly run up and down the halls and play on the elevators pushing every floor’s buttons which makes it hard to get an elevator.
