The property was fine. My problem was with Expedia. Expedia confirmed a reservation at a hotel that was completely booked. The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. I spent over an hour working with Expedia trying to get me a room the Isle. The end result was they had no rooms to give. Expedia took so long to get back to me that we went to another hotel and booked a room without Expedia. Expedia needs to make it easier to talk to a live person. The shower took about five minutes of running wster for hot water. There was hair on the shower tile wall from the last person who showered.

Stood in line to check in at 4 PM with several other people. Went to room to find it already occupied!! Embarrassing for both parties. We took our bags & went back down to the lobby, finally got someone’s attention (because we weren’t about to stand in line a second time) we were assigned another room in the opposite tower, which I didn’t originally book, as we wanted a water view, but figured we would be on the floor gambling anyway, so didn’t make a fuss. Strong air freshener smell in lobby. Smell gave me a headache. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Restaurant was a poor experience. . Check out easy
