Outdated. No hot water in sink. Bed linen top cover dirty. Carpet stained. Refridgerator would not cool properly. No free breakfast.

I like the cleanliness’s of the rooms. But I came back four times to check ( but once I was too early). But the other 3:05 PM told room wasn’t ready to come back at 4:00 but at 4:05 PM room wasn't ready. Was told to wait in the lobby should be real soon. At 4:22 PM still waiting. But sometime later finally go a room. As I was sitting there two people were told they would give them an upgrade due the wait. I got no nothing.

Everything was good, nice place, good food, clean. Only issue was that there was a bunch of kids there for a baseball tournament who made a lot of noise at 1:00 in the morning in the hallways. It would be nice if the hotel could put the families with young kids on the same floor. I understand that maybe the hotel was close to the baseball field, but is a casino the place for those people to stay. Adults go there for a getaway not to listen to a bunch of loud and annoying children.

This was booked thru Expedia. It was paid in full online before arrival. The front desk hostess was completely RUDE. She charged our credit card again for 100.00 and said it would be returned in 3-5 days and it was in the FINE PRINT. I will also file complaint with EXPEDIA. DON'T STAY HERE. There is also no complementary breakfast.

Poor signage No literature in the rooms Had no information where or what restaurants available Two bedroom with 1 cup of coffee per room

Not happy we weren't informed it was a smoking casino and hotel. I would have asked for a non smoking room had we known. Was not listed on your website.

Not what it used to be! We used to love to stay here. Now it isn't as clean as it once was, there's no service and one towel pr person for our entire stay. The tissue box had one tissue and one roll of toilet paper. The casino has no entertainment and we found ourselves going to other casinos close by. But what got me the most was we arrived at 2:40 and tried to check in. Our room was ready, but because it was before 3:00, they wanted to charge us a $10 fee for early check in.
