Facilities were closed upon our arrival Normally I have had very good experiences at this hotel. however the last time I went to check in and found out as I was trying to check in the pool hot tub and fitness center were all closed for maintenance. these were the primary three things we were looking for when we chose the hotel. we canceled our reservation and had to spend time finding a new hotel.
Fun Casino Hotel staff were great we got stuck a couple of extra days due to weather and they were very helpful.
Stayed here one night while in town on business. Hotel and restaurant staff were extremely friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Had dinner at Lone Wolf restaurant. Menu was limited but food was good. Stayed away from the casino as it was very smoky. Overall a good experience.
Too much focus on the gambling
Had good time in the pool was a little cold for my family couldn't stay in to long
nice hotel with nice people very nice place to stay. I usually stay here when in Waterloo. the bathrooms are in need of updating and the TV's need to be bigger but otherwise it is a great place to stay.
