Check-in staff was very welcoming but that afternoon, when I asked for a bar of soap (only one was provided), the man at the desk was not very nice and actually made me feel as though I'd interrupted his time on the computer. Staff at the breakfast area was very nice and made the order perfectly. Surprised there was no buffet?

Property is outdated and has limited dining options. My room was covered in a layer of dust so I had to request a different room. My “new” room had a sink that would barely drain, I had to wait 10 minutes for the water to go down. Stay somewhere else nearby if you want to gamble.

Musty smelll in room, outdated decor/furniture, no microwave or coffeemaker in room, no streaming access on tv

Our room had no toilet paper, no soap, no towels. The carpet was worn and torn, everything was very visibly dusty. We selected this hotel becuase it has "Ceasars" affiliation. Definately NOT Ceasars level of quality.

Smells like smoke
Gal checking us in didn’t explain us anything on the additional amount we had to pay. She didn’t point us to where the elevators were or point out what room/floor we were on. Just slid paper and pen and asked to sign & then slid keys on the counter. No clue if had service after 1st night of stay or if we had to call for clean towels. Room was very nice, bed was comfy, office chair seemed broken and wouldn’t raise up and our shower head was terrible, no water pressure at all.
