Gal checking us in didn’t explain us anything on the additional amount we had to pay. She didn’t point us to where the elevators were or point out what room/floor we were on. Just slid paper and pen and asked to sign & then slid keys on the counter. No clue if had service after 1st night of stay or if we had to call for clean towels. Room was very nice, bed was comfy, office chair seemed broken and wouldn’t raise up and our shower head was terrible, no water pressure at all.

There was Mold in the bathroom and trash and junk under one of the beds and the management didn't do nothing about it.

While some may use a computer for booking many use mobile phones, and the sole reason I chose the Isle was for your hot tub which was out of order, the website said it from computer but not from a mobile device otherwise I wouldn’t of even booked the hotel. So it was a rather waste of money. It would be nice if renovation would of been listed on mobile devices as well. Not sure I’ll be staying there again anytime soon.

Not impressed and won’t stay again The room was dirty. While sitting in the chair with the curtain open you could see the large amount of dust and trash under the bed. The decor was falling apart and some was laying on the ground. While starting the jacuzzi tub it was clear it hasn’t been used or cleaned in a while with the large layer of sediment floating at the top of the water after filling it up for the first time.
