i had a terrible experience the bed was hard and uncomfortable. the employee at the front desk when I checked in was very hard to understand due to her accent. I'm sure she can't help it but how many other guests have a hard time to understand what she says.

Staff was rude. Rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke.
We asked them to clean room & they said they said they would try but they were short staffed. We stayed 4 nights & they cleaned ZERO times.

I was extremely disappointed about the options for eating sunday night. Pizza place sign says closed with the hours Thursday thru Sunday 5 to 9, but it was closed. Come to find out, they are only open friday and Saturday. 2nd issue, no breakfast options monday morning? Everything closed, including snack bar! Love the rooms and large bathrooms and really love the big shower room!
Business response:
Your concerns are noted. We are sorry about the confusion with the hours of Hidden Pizza. We appreciate your feedback on the dining options and are glad you enjoyed the rooms and bathrooms. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Strange smell in room. No nightlights by the bed.
Won’t recommend
