I was having difficulty navigating the… I was having difficulty navigating the I trust Capital website and linking my bank acct . It was not letting me get passed certain phases. I called the number and got Jonathan Kim to help assist me . He should get a medal for his patience level and he did not give up. And finally we had a break through and the account is now fully functional. Cheers to Jonathan !!

Jonathan helped answer my question on… Jonathan helped answer my question on how to finish adding dollars when I sent in a check. He also was very kind with my frustration when the 3rd bank account I've tried, so I could do ACH, also failed. He went beyond what he had to by telling me to call Charles Schwab and how to word the question to ask.
