Romeo was very helpful Romeo was very helpful. I’ve used him every time.
Scheduled Call I scheduled an authorization/verification call and was made aware it was over Zoom a few minutes before the call. I was trying to hurry and get Zoom downloaded but by the time my call actually started it was about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Darya P was very understanding, patient and helpful when she called to see if I still planned on attending. She was the same during the actual Zoom call.
