A truly wonderful experience I've been an iTrustCapital account holder over 10 years. The customer support agents have always been congenial and knowledgeable. When I called this morning, I spoke with David. He answered all my questions and was so patient when I kept asking more. David was genuinely friendly. Somehow we took a tangent into gourmet cooking. Funding Support Is Excellent Funding Support was very helpful when I ran into difficulties trying to link my funding source to my PCA account. But during the process of trying various funding methods, one process was initiated but never completed. I called Funding Support and spoke to Shawn who was able to cancel the pending transaction that was never initiated with the financial institution. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable associates make for a deserved great experience and review!

ITrustCapital is a great company with very responsive customer service ITrustCapital is a great place to establish a self directed IRA. They have a wide variety of investments available and their customer service is top notch. I had a great experience with Brendan Lee who helped to reset my 2FA. Very quick and responsive follow thru. Nice to he able to speak to someone instead of using chat. Always had great customer service from account setup to my most recent with Brendan. Highly recommend.
