I'm a new member and was in the process… I'm a new member and was in the process of opening a fresh IRA to transfer an old one to. Actually I was chatting with the chat bot to get some questions answered before continuing and Francisco called me up mid process, and proceeded to answer my questions and walk me through the rest of the set up. Saved me time and effort no doubt.
