Unsuccessful account linkage I called because I've been unsuccessful in linking my accounts. My phone agent was Romeo and he did an excellent job understanding my issue and walking me through an alternate process. Everything was resolved quickly.

Chris Lee did a Great job on the interview. Chris Lee was very good and professional with his work on hosting the Zoom meeting during my verification call for my withdrawal of funds for my IRA required minimum distribution. I sometimes cannot hear or understand some of the people due to some hearing loss. He spoke very clearly and would repeat anything I might have missed when asked.
