I had a great experience with Joshua C I had a great experience with Joshua C. We were back and forth for about a week. He guided me through everything I wasn't able to do on my own. He was very patient with me. I could never have done this without him. He was polite, very knowledgeable and he made, what was frustrating to me, a whole lot easier. I thought he was awesome.
Romeo called me to verify my transfer request Romeo called me to verify my transaction information. I erroneously duplicated my transaction whereas money could have been taken from my account. He was able to delete the second request before the money was taken from my account. I appreciate the follow up and the customer service.
