Customer support matters I’m glad to be able to talk with a live person. Support agent named David resolved my issue in just a few minutes. We had funding issues with our IRA… We had funding issues with our IRA because our bank account didn't include our full name as it appears on our government ID. Plaid was rejecting our funding attempts. Lucas was able to guide us in removal of the original Plaid funding sources and reading them back which for ES Plaid to request the updates demographics on our bank account. It worked and we got our account funded successfully. 5 stars to Lucas!! Thanks so much!
