David and Chris need a raise! David and Chris were very helpful in the process. Give them a weeks vacation paid. They are keeping your customers happy. Ive already referred a friend who was mentioning doing something with his IRA. If you didn't have good people working there, you wouldn't be in business. Give recognition to those who put in 300% effort.
