Moving funds is a little bit of a… Moving funds is a little bit of a process but when I called to verify all paperwork was completed properly, Romeo was the rep that took the call. He was polite, easy to understand and verified all step were completed successfully. I appreciate customer service like this even though I don’t care for the process Romeo made the difference.
