Recharacterizing my contribution I love speaking to real people and Itrust provides that service. I called and spoke with Romeo today. I had a mess on my hands with over contributions and needing to Recharacterize my contribution. Romeo was patient and helped me figure out what I had done between my two accounts. He then walked me through two request forms and helped me fill them out properly to submit. He was very polite and well spoken. A huge help. Thank you Itrust and Romeo.

Distribution process. This morning I called about my distribution and talked with Romeo. He explained to me in detail how long the process takes and what I should expect in the next couple of days. The frequently ask quetion is great but person to person is better for me. I seem to get more questions answered with a person then a AI or a bot.
