Old school customer support I hit a snag setting up my account and had to reach out to tech support. I had the pleasure of talking to Chris Lee. He was competent and friendly and was able to diagnose my issue quickly. Later, he messaged me, just to let me know that the problem was rectified, and that i could proceed with the account set up.
