The process of having my distribution transferred to my account and the verification process was seamless. It was great that Mark, gave me a call earlier to ensure my funds are taken care of before the end of business day which I truly appreciated. It was very thoughtful of him.

The customer service was very helpful and easy. I needed to make account modifications, and they were able to send documents to me via Docusign to execute. And they followed up to make sure everything was handled correctly.
I’ve been dealing with Daniel Bennet and am very happy with my customer service; even when I express my frustration Daniel doesn’t get flustered, remains professional and efficient. It has to be a difficult position to be in with the transition to a new custodian and also dealing with the Flare people changing their distribution model after iTrust agreed to another set of plans. Hats off to the team and Daniel for rolling with the punches and getting the job(s) done. A+
