Good customer service I was connected with Francisco who advised me thatvmy problem was at my financial institution (as I had suspected). After speaking with them I called ItrustCapital again and after reaching Francisco we lost our connection. He promptly called me back and advised me to try making my transaction the next morning. That was effective and I appreciate Francisco’s commitment to service.
