Rafael represents iTrust well! Rafael was able to correctly identify why I was having a recurring issue making my ACH transfers to fund my account (they were being blocked by the security features in my browser), guide me through disconnecting and reconnecting my bank account and making a successful funding transfer so I could make my investment purchase.
