Awesome customer service with Shawn Shawn was polite & friendly. He prevented me from making mistakes that I started to make doing a conversion on my own. It was quicker than expected. I love how my call isn’t farmed out overseas to a person I can’t understand. Yea for customer service done right.

Chris Lee is the man!! Chris Lee is the man!!! Extremely helpful walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Also, made a follow up call, because I accidentally hit bank wire transfers by accident. The follow up call and making the corrections, having my back.
