Great People Skills Rafael was very pleasant and he was patient with me and all of my questions (even the ones I asked twice). He listened to me and my questions for understanding and was not in a rush to get me off the phone. I absolutely appreciate this kind of customer service, it is the kind that makes me a lifelong customer.
