Truly amazed by their customer service. I am truly amazed by their customer service. Both times I've called for help setting up new accounts, a real person answered the phone and helped - no transfers to someone else's voicemail. Lucas and Walter patiently and kindly helped me. That gives me confidence as I entrust my money to them.

The Customer Service assistance was… The Customer Service assistance was exemplary. I am a technically challenged 73 year old. I’ve had more than my share dealing with the worst in Customer service.
