ITC is killing it! Wow! For one, these are the first people I am trusting with my $$. And in a day where live customer service is nearly nonresistant, ITC is killing it. Recently spoke with a very helpful and all around personable guy named Aniah D. And that was a call back from me hanging up on the hold line the day prior. I didn't even request a call and they still circled back. Who does that? ITC does it!
