Kudos to Joshua Alvarez I want to give a special shout out to Joshua Alvarez, who helped me with my recent Roth IRA distribution. Originally, the process was extremely distressing and took so long that I left for a two week vacation in France and my request was dropped. Very poor customer relations as far as I was concerned. when I returned from my holiday, I learned that my request was no longer valid and Joshua walked me through the process and expedited my request so that my money arrived within three days.
