My representative was so helpful… My phone representative was so helpful over two contacts. I needed help to transfer funds from one source into iTrust Capital. on the initial call, he explained the process and told me exactly what to do and once I received a check, to call him and he would walk me through the process upon my return call. I’ve had three substantive… I’ve had three substantive conversations with folks at ITrust and each one has been helpful and smooth. The most recent was today with a guy whose name is Mo - although I and my financial advisor misunderstood his intro and kept calling him Mel. In any event, Mo walked us through the process of converting a portion of my traditional IRA to and ITrust Roth IRA.
