I purchased a van RV here and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, my experience was amazing. Nanci, my sales person was incredibly knowledgeable and it was clear she wanted to find the right RV for me. She spent time with me on FaceTime video the day before, walking me through it and measuring for me. The entire staff was super-friendly and welcoming. The service team at Johnson RV, Sandy is outstanding. We purchased a new class A motorhome (from another dealer)that had numerous issues. My past experience with Johnson RV service department had been positive so I brought our new RV to them with a very long list of issues. Our RV needed a repair and Troy in service took care of our repair. Troy was great in communicating when to bring the RV in and the estimated costs to repair and when the RV was ready for pickup. We were very happy with his professionalism.
Back in March 25' I had my new Pleasure way break down near Medford Oregon , very stressful situation. After Multiple calls to Mercedes and numerous tow truck mishaps I reached out to Johnson RV in Sandy near 5pm closing time. We had purchased the new van back in January . Genuine customer review here and will list the negatives at the end. Genuinely happy with our purchase. This was the first time purchasing a used trailer from a dealership. I have bought and sold cars and boats throughout my 25 years of marriage, but never a RV. I will say that I am pleasantly happy with Johnson RV for the following reasons. I just want to give a shout out to Andrew at Johnson RV. If you are looking to purchase in the future he is your salesman. He was very thorough with us, followed through on things that we asked about and wanted fixed on our new to us, used class A and even kept us updated during his vacation which he didn't need to do.
