Overall great experience! We almost bought from a private party but in the end we're glad we didn't. We got a fair price from Johnson RV but it was the 70 point inspection, interior and exterior detail, and the red carpet walkthrough tutorial that were great extras and added value we wouldn't have received via private party. Trina and the vehicle consignment team at Johnson RV were terrific to work with when selling my 2020 Revel. The information and process was clear, and they did what they said they would do, with good communication, expectations, and a friendly smile. I was a bit hesitant to consign with a dealer, but this worked perfectly and the vehicle sold in just a few weeks. All of my interactions with Johnson RV have been positive. Thank you, Trina. After having repairs done on our RV roof the product that was used was a faulty product and had failure they were willing to not only make it right but to go above and beyond and do some additional repairs excellent service and friendly staff highly recommend

We worked with Rich to sell our RV. Rich was very helpful, thorough, and explained the process and expectations very well. He made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Unfortunately, the "finish" was different than we anticipated, as they found a soft spot in the roof that we did not know about. Johnson's has two very clean facilities and follow Covid protocols. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and lots of quality used RVs. They also take trade-ins and will purchase your RV for a very fair price.

I had the pleasure of working with Rudy Martinez recently to buy my first Class B Motorhome. He was attentive and very helpful in my search for a used RV. After purchasing a new 2018 Era in 2018, I wanted to give Johnson RV my business again when shopping for a new model, as I had a great experience. My original salesman was no longer there, so I ended up working with Ben this time. Ben was even better than the first guy, and spent months providing advice and support as we considered what our next new RV would be. He's patient, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest.
