I can't tell you how much I appreciate Frank Borges and Johnson Rv. I purchased my holiday rambler and five days later I miss judged a corner and did thousands of dollars damage to the rear of my coach. This occurred right at the beginning of the Covid virus problems and so I didn't want to bring it in and have it get stuck here in the repair shop. Cannot say enough good about this dealership! We drove from Washington state to buy our Winnebago trailer because the prices were much much cheaper! Kudos to Dan Grimes, Mike and John. Working with these guys made our selling experience great and easy. It was a long distance transaction but it all runs smoothly. Worked with Dan Grimes to sell my RV. He was very professional and communicated well. They drive a hard bargain but they stood up to what we finally negotiated via phone, email and pictures. Their pickup person (Rochelle) was great. She reported back on the various wear and tear items that come to light during a detailed inspection and they accepted them as such, not changing the deal we had on the table. I'll be in the market for another RV in about a year and I'd definitely visit these guys as a possible supplier.
Kudos to Emily in service. She is so awesome. When I purchased my RV a year ago I also purchased the warranty. Well thankfully I did this and thankfully Johnson RV honored it without question. Emily stayed in touch with me as I waited for my new generator to arrive. Yes....a new generator. Everything that was in need of repair has been fixed or replaced. Dan Grimes at Johnson RV was a total rockstar for us. He was kind and patient with us and completed the whole process without a hitch. We could not have been more pleased. The whole crew: Dan, Lori and Chris are a real class act, from start to finish.
These guys are good to deal with. I dealt with their Senior Buyer Bob Humphrey and he didn't skip a beat. He gave me a fair cash offer and his follow up at every stage was excellent. I started the process of selling our trailer by contacting Fun Time RV where we bought the RV new. We really weren't using it enough so it was time to sell. However the contrast was amazing. Fun Time didn't follow up and Johnson did at every turn. Needless to say if I buy another RV it will be from Johnson RV because of their excellent service.

I was shopping for a travel trailer, but stopped into Johnson's to check out their options for a motorhome instead. Although I saw several I really liked, the price makes those not in my immediate future.
