After purchasing a new 2018 Era in 2018, I wanted to give Johnson RV my business again when shopping for a new model, as I had a great experience. My original salesman was no longer there, so I ended up working with Ben this time. Ben was even better than the first guy, and spent months providing advice and support as we considered what our next new RV would be. He's patient, knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. I had a wonderful experience with Johnson RV. They gave me a very fair quote for my motorhome and came to my home for a full inspection. They paid off the loan and drove the RV away!!! Given I no longer drive and am not in a position to market and sell my RV - they were my best bet. They made it really easy and were professionals throughout the entire process.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Frank Borges and Johnson Rv. I purchased my holiday rambler and five days later I miss judged a corner and did thousands of dollars damage to the rear of my coach. This occurred right at the beginning of the Covid virus problems and so I didn't want to bring it in and have it get stuck here in the repair shop. Cannot say enough good about this dealership! We drove from Washington state to buy our Winnebago trailer because the prices were much much cheaper! From the beginning of our experience to the end, it has been amazing! These people care about you and their knowledge is unbelievable on Winnebago trailers! Kudos to Dan Grimes, Mike and John. Working with these guys made our selling experience great and easy. It was a long distance transaction but it all runs smoothly. Dan was easy to reach with, answered all our questions and very professional. Worked with Dan Grimes to sell my RV. He was very professional and communicated well. They drive a hard bargain but they stood up to what we finally negotiated via phone, email and pictures. Their pickup person (Rochelle) was great. She reported back on the various wear and tear items that come to light during a detailed inspection and they accepted them as such, not changing the deal we had on the table. I'll be in the market for another RV in about a year and I'd definitely visit these guys as a possible supplier.

Kudos to Emily in service. She is so awesome. When I purchased my RV a year ago I also purchased the warranty. Well thankfully I did this and thankfully Johnson RV honored it without question. Emily stayed in touch with me as I waited for my new generator to arrive. Yes....a new generator. Everything that was in need of repair has been fixed or replaced. I can't say enough about this dealership from its salesman (thanks Rudy), to service ( Brian and Mike). We bought a 5 year old travel trailer that was in good condition, but by the time the service department and the detainers finished, it was delivered looking like brand new. When a couple of issues raised their heads, I talked to Brian from service, and he sent Mike out who resolved them in short order. If I could give a whole sky of stars, you guys would have them.
