I can't say enough about this dealership from its salesman (thanks Rudy), to service ( Brian and Mike). We bought a 5 year old travel trailer that was in good condition, but by the time the service department and the detainers finished, it was delivered looking like brand new. When a couple of issues raised their heads, I talked to Brian from service, and he sent Mike out who resolved them in short order. If I could give a whole sky of stars, you guys would have them. Thank you, thank you.

Dan Grimes at Johnson RV was a total rockstar for us. He was kind and patient with us and completed the whole process without a hitch. We could not have been more pleased. The whole crew: Dan, Lori and Chris are a real class act, from start to finish.

These guys are good to deal with. I dealt with their Senior Buyer Bob Humphrey and he didn't skip a beat. He gave me a fair cash offer and his follow up at every stage was excellent. I started the process of selling our trailer by contacting Fun Time RV where we bought the RV new. We really weren't using it enough so it was time to sell. However the contrast was amazing. Fun Time didn't follow up and Johnson did at every turn. Needless to say if I buy another RV it will be from Johnson RV because of their excellent service.

I was shopping for a travel trailer, but stopped into Johnson's to check out their options for a motorhome instead. Although I saw several I really liked, the price makes those not in my immediate future. However, Christa really listened to what I was needing and showed me a couple trailers I hadn't seen before (Prime Time). They were really great options, and Christa was terrific in finding me a great option and following up. I want to state my appreciation for Andrew Brett, the salesperson we worked with at Johnson RV. He is an excellent salesperson, letting us know all of the options, correcting us on our misconceptions, and generally representing the dealership well. We did not buy from them because they only had new Pleasure Way Lexor RVs and we found a very good deal on a used Lexor and decided to get that. I read the other reviews. It is too bad others didn't have the experience I had. We bought our motor home from a competitor in the east county. It was brand new but had several problems with it. On top of this the dealer was always have to wait on delayed parts. We went to Johnson RV when the warranty ran out just to see if there was someone better we should be going to. Our furnace died even though it was only two years old. It couldn't be fixed. Fortunately we have an extended warranty and the furnace was replaced. ... read more

I recently purchased an RV from Johnson RV. My experience overall with Johnson RV was excellent. The sales staff was very helpful and honest throughout the purchase process. My work history has put me in contact with many service related companies over the years. Johnson RV clearly understands the value of its customers by providing a high quality RV for good value. I would recommend Andrew Brett as a great contact at Johnson RV. They delivered on their commitments.
