We rented an RV for a week, the roadtrek. We loved the RV and were particularly happy with the service and support from Tracy, the rentals manager. We have rented from other places many times and this was by far the best rental service and experience we have ever had. I hope I won’t use them again since we plan to purchase our own RV soon, but if we rent again it will be from Tracy and Johnson RV.
HUGH AND RUDY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH A COUPLE OF CONCERNS AND FOLLOWED UP ON THEM. I BOUGHT A USED FIFTH WHEEL AND THEY DELIVERED IT FOR ME. My parents recently rented from Johnson RV. On their way home from their trip a large tree fell on the windshield and shattered it. Thankfully, my parents are fine! Johnson RV sent a tow truck right away and put my parents up in a hotel for the night along with a rental car to get home. The customer service was phenomenal and they were legitimately concerned for my parents well being. Will be renting from them in the future!
I bought our 2006 Gulf Stream motor home here and drove it 2300 miles back home to Southern Illinois. Having never driven a motor home, I was a bit apprehensive, but Johnsons really made me feel comfortable by explaining and going over everything. Our generator went out the first night, but they covered our hotel expense and all repairs. They made my little girl and I feel special and even gave us mugs with out picture on them as a memento of the experience. Thank you Johnsons!!
After making so many loving memories with my children and my lovely wife, it is time for me to let my faithful RV go. My wife received a post card from Johnson RV last Christmas and kept it.
