I could write a book about what an awesome our experience was...in fact, I did and decided I had to condense, so I deleted my very detailed novel and will attempt to condense! We worked with both Mark Bridges at the Fife location and Nick Gunderson at the Sandy location as well as managers Jason and Bob. We just purchased our 2nd motorhome from JohnsonRV. This time, after a couple of missteps from other salespeople, we ended up purchasing from Chris Redd. Chris really impressed us with his never quit attitude, timely follow-up, very hard work and honest representation. He's knowledgeable, sincere and extremely accommodating. We walked into Johnson RV just expecting to look, not buy. After talking to our sales person, Chris Redd, he listened to our needs and wants in a RV. He asked us good valid questions and offered us options we had not thought of. We walked out with a beautiful RV. Financing dept was easy to work with. The walk through and orientation went well. Johnson RV went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect when purchasing a new motor home. I found my dream 2018 NEW Leisure Travel Serenity at their dealership on RV Trader and agreed to purchase it sight unseen from Los Angeles. I advertised an RV for sale on Craigslist, Los Angeles to sell an RV for a friend who is over seas. The next day, after several other dealers called offering me 28000 and 32000, which was insulting,I got a call from Wes Harper. We were on the road and developed an electrical problem with our Jeep toad. The lights worked fine and then the left blinker would activate both lights in the the back. After staying a few nights at Barton Park, when we went to leave the toad lights did not work at all. Usually a ground problem I probed the entire system but could not determine the problem. We recently decided to sell our 2010 Winnebago Class A motor home. We checked with where we purchased the unit and also with our local Camping World and they each quoted us a ridiculously low price to sell the RV for us. So we decided to sell it ourselves by advertising on several web sites. Johnson RV saw one of our ads and contacted us by phone. We were traveling through Portland with a broken awning and called Johnson RV for service. They fit us in to their busy schedule, worked on the RV at the appointed time, provided us with a temporary fix to get us home, as well as documentation on the issue and the fix. Both the office staff in the service area and the technician were helpful and friendly.
