We were on the road and developed an electrical problem with our Jeep toad. The lights worked fine and then the left blinker would activate both lights in the the back. After staying a few nights at Barton Park, when we went to leave the toad lights did not work at all. Usually a ground problem I probed the entire system but could not determine the problem. We recently decided to sell our 2010 Winnebago Class A motor home. We checked with where we purchased the unit and also with our local Camping World and they each quoted us a ridiculously low price to sell the RV for us. So we decided to sell it ourselves by advertising on several web sites. Johnson RV saw one of our ads and contacted us by phone. We were traveling through Portland with a broken awning and called Johnson RV for service. They fit us in to their busy schedule, worked on the RV at the appointed time, provided us with a temporary fix to get us home, as well as documentation on the issue and the fix. Both the office staff in the service area and the technician were helpful and friendly. I did not purchase a unit from this company, however I do want to give KUDOS to Ben Maddox, one of their salesmen. Ben paid great attention to detail in his attempt to meet my needs and to provide me with a motor home. As I live in Arizona, the retirement capital of the world, I decided to look for something closer to where I reside. If Johnston's were closer, I definitely would have purchased a motor home from them. Thanks, Ben, for all of your help in answering all of my questions.
After making so many loving memories with my children and my lovely wife, it is time for me to let my faithful RV go. My wife received a post card from Johnson RV last Christmas and kept it. Tracey at Johnson RV is the friendliest and most helpful rental agent I have ever dealt with. She is flexible and super easy to work with. Our RV experience was amazing and we felt very well prepared with her instruction for our first excursion.Value was greater than other rentals we checked out and the unit was brand new. We purchased an RV from Johnson RV and picked it up today. Garrett Morgan provided us with a tutorial and orientation of our vehicle. I cannot sing his praises enough. Garret is a natural instructor.
