I bought a 1999 Bounder a year ago from Johnson RV. First staff treated us very well. Service department ---- Toby is awesome he kept me informed what was going on with my rig and treated us very well. the repairs were done as fast as they could do them and when there was a delay Toby called me and explained why. They washed my rig, filled the propane tank and when I pick it up Toby told me everything they had done. would I ever buy another from them hell yes. Thank you Toby your the best.
Tobey and the service group helped me out when my Roadtrek RV developed a DEF tank leak. I was traveling thru town, when they discovered the leak, while looking at another issue. Even tho i didn't buy my RV there, they fit me in their busy schedule. They recommended a Portland Sprinter specialist, McCoy, to do the fix. Mercedes problem i guess. We had been looking for a small RV for a couple of months. I kept seeing Craigslist posts for Johnson RV. But since there were no prices listed, I kept scrolling past their listings. My wife and I recently purchased a new RV from Johnson RV and were able to take our first four day camping trip. I called, before the service department before returning home to see if we could have a few repairs scheduled and to diagnose some minor problems incurred on our trip. Bryan Hardin was able to,not only have the problems looked at by a mechanic, but have Doug McClain resolve our concerns and correct the few mechanical issues we were experiencing. We are sounding like a broken record but we were back at Johnson RV service division for installation of a tow package for our new Jeep Cherokee. Our Leisure Travel Unity MB (we affectionally call the Birdie Bus) also had to have work on it to make it tow-worthy. The price was competitive and, of course, the service was excellent. I went to a few different places searching for an RV before I finally ended up at Johnson RV - and thank goodness I found them! I was immediately greeted by Dustin Allen and John Moore, two of the most friendly and helpful guys I have ever dealt with. They got me into the right rig for my needs, and were VERY genuine people. We love the lines of RVs they carry, new and used, we enjoy browsing and the staff are eager to answer questions but they gladly allow you space and never pushy. The personnel are fantastic from the store to sales and service. We always find what we need in the store even for our older RV, or they will gladly order promptly. They treat you real well at Johnson RV. I highly recommend them for both service and for an RV purchase. After dealing with some real crappy sales tactics up at Poulsbo RV it was real nice dealing with these guys. Everybody we talked to was very nice and helpful. I'd especially recommend Brian in sales for his easy going but informative help, Jayson in finance for being helpful and finding us great rates and Art in service for a great walk thru on our purchase.
