We used the rental side of Johnson RV and loved it! Tracey was super helpful in showing us everything and was available by text for questions. We rented a roadster camper van so we could get a feel for it before buying one. It was brand new, we were the second renters. Frankly after our great experience including full cleaning at drop off I think renting is the way to go!

Can't say enough good things about Johnson RV. We rented a motorhome for a month-long cross-country road trip (our first time in an RV!) and they made every step of the way easy. Big props especially to Tracey who took amazing care of us and gave us great, personalized customer service. The rental contract was super clear and they also provide several instructional videos to explain how every piece and part of the RV works--hugely helpful since we were newbie RVers. These guys are the best. My family has bought two RV's from them. The service is unparalleled; the selection tremendous. Tons of integrity. A big shout out to Bryan and his team, who recently squeezed us in w/ out an appointment and wouldn't even take payment for the paint job touch up. Highly recommended.

We rented a Sprinter van for a 10 day trip throughout Oregon. We worked with Tracey at Johnson RV who handled everything professionally. Out trip went smoothly. Tracey was always available by phone/text to help us with the very few problems that came up during our trip. I can wholeheartedly recommend Johnson RV if you are looking to take an RV trip in the Northwest.

I had been looking for an RV for a long time that met my requirements and my budget. I found exactly what I was looking for in an A Class while working with Kelly. I could write a book about what an awesome our experience was...in fact, I did and decided I had to condense, so I deleted my very detailed novel and will attempt to condense! We worked with both Mark Bridges at the Fife location and Nick Gunderson at the Sandy location as well as managers Jason and Bob. We just purchased our 2nd motorhome from JohnsonRV. This time, after a couple of missteps from other salespeople, we ended up purchasing from Chris Redd. We walked into Johnson RV just expecting to look, not buy. After talking to our sales person, Chris Redd, he listened to our needs and wants in a RV. He asked us good valid questions and offered us options we had not thought of. We walked out with a beautiful RV. Financing dept was easy to work with. The walk through and orientation went well.
