I did not purchase a unit from this company, however I do want to give KUDOS to Ben Maddox, one of their salesmen. Ben paid great attention to detail in his attempt to meet my needs and to provide me with a motor home. As I live in Arizona, the retirement capital of the world, I decided to look for something closer to where I reside. If Johnston's were closer, I definitely would have purchased a motor home from them. Thanks, Ben, for all of your help in answering all of my questions.
After making so many loving memories with my children and my lovely wife, it is time for me to let my faithful RV go. My wife received a post card from Johnson RV last Christmas and kept it. Tracey at Johnson RV is the friendliest and most helpful rental agent I have ever dealt with. She is flexible and super easy to work with. Our RV experience was amazing and we felt very well prepared with her instruction for our first excursion.Value was greater than other rentals we checked out and the unit was brand new. We purchased an RV from Johnson RV and picked it up today. Garrett Morgan provided us with a tutorial and orientation of our vehicle. I cannot sing his praises enough. Garret is a natural instructor. Well I recently purchased my first pre-owned Class A motor home. I did my due diligence on eBay, web and other resources. The bottom line is Johnson RV is a leader in pre-owned RV's for a reason. I started looking for an RV to travel in now that I am retired. I did a lot of research before I went to any dealers. Great customer service during the buying process. Austin was great. He asked excellent questions, and did not try to sell us more than what we wanted. Financing department was excellent also. The only department I am disappointed in, is the service department. They do not return phone calls, nor do they answer the phone. It took 3 calls before anyone called me.
