Awesome experience buying our used RV! The customer service from sales to service center to finance department took their time and thoroughly answered all our questions. We bought a modest RV and I believe we got the same service that customers who bought the mega expensive RV s got.
We used the rental side of Johnson RV and loved it! Tracey was super helpful in showing us everything and was available by text for questions. We rented a roadster camper van so we could get a feel for it before buying one. It was brand new, we were the second renters. Frankly after our great experience including full cleaning at drop off I think renting is the way to go!
Can't say enough good things about Johnson RV. We rented a motorhome for a month-long cross-country road trip (our first time in an RV!) and they made every step of the way easy. Big props especially to Tracey who took amazing care of us and gave us great, personalized customer service. We just purchased our 2nd motorhome from JohnsonRV. This time, after a couple of missteps from other salespeople, we ended up purchasing from Chris Redd. We walked into Johnson RV just expecting to look, not buy. After talking to our sales person, Chris Redd, he listened to our needs and wants in a RV. Johnson RV went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect when purchasing a new motor home. I found my dream 2018 NEW Leisure Travel Serenity at their dealership on RV Trader and agreed to purchase it sight unseen from Los Angeles. I advertised an RV for sale on Craigslist, Los Angeles to sell an RV for a friend who is over seas. The next day, after several other dealers called offering me 28000 and 32000, which was insulting,I got a call from Wes Harper.
