Searching for small RV, Johnson RV in Fife was recommended to us. Although they did not have the unit size in stock at the time, Jason listened to our requirements and demonstrated a great coach and various options without us feeling pressured to step up to something larger than we could handle. We've been looking and considering upgrading to a motorhome from a travel trailer for a couple years now. Living in Sandy we are lucky because Johnson RV is close by and they have a big lot with a lot of nice units (new or barely used). We just had a great sales experience with Chris Redd at Johnson RV. He was outstanding. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for but with a small amount of conversation Chris was able to locate several Rvs that were not only what we were looking for but in the price range we had given him as well. After a few issues, we worked with management who were very helpful and thankful that we pointed out deficits that they were able to correct. They were generous in compensating us for bringing our issues to their attention. All is good and we are enjoying our Pleasureway Plateau FL!

Awesome experience buying our used RV! The customer service from sales to service center to finance department took their time and thoroughly answered all our questions. We bought a modest RV and I believe we got the same service that customers who bought the mega expensive RV s got.

We used the rental side of Johnson RV and loved it! Tracey was super helpful in showing us everything and was available by text for questions. We rented a roadster camper van so we could get a feel for it before buying one. It was brand new, we were the second renters. Frankly after our great experience including full cleaning at drop off I think renting is the way to go!

Can't say enough good things about Johnson RV. We rented a motorhome for a month-long cross-country road trip (our first time in an RV!) and they made every step of the way easy. Big props especially to Tracey who took amazing care of us and gave us great, personalized customer service. These guys are the best. My family has bought two RV's from them. The service is unparalleled; the selection tremendous. Tons of integrity. A big shout out to Bryan and his team, who recently squeezed us in w/ out an appointment and wouldn't even take payment for the paint job touch up. Highly recommended.
