I was shopping for a travel trailer, but stopped into Johnson's to check out their options for a motorhome instead. Although I saw several I really liked, the price makes those not in my immediate future. However, Christa really listened to what I was needing and showed me a couple trailers I hadn't seen before (Prime Time). A great many thanks to Rudy Martinez and all the folks at Johnson RV from our shuttle driver who picked us up at Portland Union Station to Bradford Thompson our finance manager, and Wes Harper who handled our trade-in. I want to state my appreciation for Andrew Brett, the salesperson we worked with at Johnson RV. He is an excellent salesperson, letting us know all of the options, correcting us on our misconceptions, and generally representing the dealership well. We did not buy from them because they only had new Pleasure Way Lexor RVs and we found a very good deal on a used Lexor and decided to get that. I read the other reviews. It is too bad others didn't have the experience I had. We bought our motor home from a competitor in the east county. It was brand new but had several problems with it. On top of this the dealer was always have to wait on delayed parts. We went to Johnson RV when the warranty ran out just to see if there was someone better we should be going to. Our furnace died even though it was only two years old. It couldn't be fixed. Fortunately we have an extended warranty and the furnace was replaced. ... read more

I recently purchased an RV from Johnson RV. My experience overall with Johnson RV was excellent. The sales staff was very helpful and honest throughout the purchase process. My work history has put me in contact with many service related companies over the years. Johnson RV clearly understands the value of its customers by providing a high quality RV for good value. I would recommend Andrew Brett as a great contact at Johnson RV. They delivered on their commitments.

Searching for small RV, Johnson RV in Fife was recommended to us. Although they did not have the unit size in stock at the time, Jason listened to our requirements and demonstrated a great coach and various options without us feeling pressured to step up to something larger than we could handle. We've been looking and considering upgrading to a motorhome from a travel trailer for a couple years now. Living in Sandy we are lucky because Johnson RV is close by and they have a big lot with a lot of nice units (new or barely used).
