We worked with Bob Humphrey to sell our RV to Johnson RV and he was so easy to work with, took care of all the paperwork, kept us informed, and we believe we received a very fair price for our motorhome. The inspector who came out to check our motorhome was John Hager, and he was so very courteous and professional. My husband and I came to Johnson RV in Sandy to look at their trailers "just to see." We found one we really liked and decided to trade in our older trailer. Jason was super to work with and was very personable and thorough. What he didn't know, he found out. I know my profile says "San Francisco", but every summer I travel to Washington with my PleasureWay ONTOUR (Class B). At summer's end this year, the heater in the coach failed just a few days before I was to return to California where I enjoy a lot of winter camping in the mountains of the Southern California desert. We stopped by Johnson RV on our way home from Mt Hood because our electric tongue jack had quit working. We were pretty sure it was a fuse gone bad, but we were not sure which one it was. Although they were busy, Brooke, the service advisor found Skylar, the accessory manager, who came out and found the culprit right away. He said there was some corrosion that needed cleaning up and it should work just fine. He cleaned it all out and we were on our way within about 10 minutes. After having repairs done on our RV roof the product that was used was a faulty product and had failure they were willing to not only make it right but to go above and beyond and do some additional repairs excellent service and friendly staff highly recommend

We worked with Rich to sell our RV. Rich was very helpful, thorough, and explained the process and expectations very well. He made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.
