I purchased a 2017 Forest River forester from Mo Rozema at Johnson RV. I know that usually people write in with complaints but I am writing in to express my satisfaction with the sales and service that Johnson RV has provided to me. Bought a new Class C motorhome in April 2016. Had been looking for this particular floorplan for a couple of years. Had talked with Rod at Johnson RV two or three times while we were looking. I stopped in here recently because I was lost and needed a map. I figured they might have one, but what I got was even better. I didn't catch the mans name, but he took me inside, brought up a map program, looked up where I needed to be and printed off the directions for me. This was our first experience with purchasing an RV. The sales staff was professional and not pushy. We bought an older model motor home as that was what our budget allowed for. Johnson RV was generous in the repairs needed and honored the warranty at all levels. When it came time to upgrade to a newer RV, Dave was more than generous to accommodate our needs. If you are looking for a fair and honest company, we recommend Johnson RV.
I want to give a "shout out" to Johnson RV for their great service and professionalism. We bought our RV from them last year and had an excellent experience with Rodman in the sales department. We recently had the rig in for some warranty work and a recall notice, and on both occasions had outstanding service from Jayson and Doug. It is nice to deal with a business that still provides excellent customer service.

We found a pristine small rv that we had been seaching for over a year. Everyone at johnson rv was great. Dustin helped us every step of the way. The whole process was incredibly relaxed. There were some small hiccups but they fixed everything perfectly and quickly. They went above and beyond in service i.e. we had our dogs in the car and it was a warm day.
