We purchased an RV through RV Johnson in Sandy, OR from Colorado. We changed our minds not once, but twice, and everyone there was nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful. Our salesperson, Ben Maddox, deserves a special call-out. He went above and beyond to make sure we picked the right RV, and we didn't make that easy for him. My first time purchasing an RV so I don't have a lot of experiences to compare it to. I would say 'proceed with caution'. Pros: great selection, very friendly and personable salespeople who helped identify vans that would work for me. They found out the answers to my questions, and patiently helped me walk through every feature to make sure I would be able to use it myself. Cons: Slippery purchase process. We worked with Bob Humphrey to sell our RV to Johnson RV and he was so easy to work with, took care of all the paperwork, kept us informed, and we believe we received a very fair price for our motorhome. The inspector who came out to check our motorhome was John Hager, and he was so very courteous and professional. Our entire experience with Johnson RV from first contact to end of transaction was easy and went smoothly thanks to the competent, courteous, and professional staff

My husband and I came to Johnson RV in Sandy to look at their trailers "just to see." We found one we really liked and decided to trade in our older trailer. Jason was super to work with and was very personable and thorough. What he didn't know, he found out. Andrew and Ryan were awesome with the paperwork and the walk-through and the result is we have a new-to-us trailer to take to the beach this weekend! Thank you, Jason!
