This is not a typical review, so read on dear reader. This week my wife and I purchased a new RV from Johnson RV in Sandy. The deposit was set, the financing was set, and the service people had the van, preparing it for our inspection. Heck, we even had an appointment for the walkthrough and delivery. Then life happened. Chris, Michael and Austin are absolute rock stars, and I cannot thank them all enough for working so hard to make an untimely and unfortunate break down, a great experience. They were amazing in getting expertise to immediate start troubleshooting our van, come back with findings, then coordinating with Mercedes to be able to get the repairs all done. Thank you so much! We just purchased our RV from Johnson RV, and a big shout out to Ben Maddox for spending hours with us to direct us to the best RV that would suit our needs. Both Ben & Chris went above and beyond to make sure to we were satisfied customers.
Since the review posting, I have now had MUCH better communication with the dealership. Chris the sales manager has been working with me personally, and thanks to Ben Maddox who got the ball rolling. Still waiting for the fix, but it is now in motion and thanks to better communication I don't feel like I'm alone in the breeze. They saved me as a customer just in the nick of time.
We have had 2 great experiences with Johnson Rv. We purchased a new Jayco Melbourne 29D from them back in 2011. We just sold our 2021 Leisure Travel Wonder RL within one week using their consignment program. Our RV sold within one week and the process went very smoothly. Trina Fornoff, in their buyer/consignment department, was very helpful during the whole process, and was in constant communication. Highly recommended!

We purchased an RV through RV Johnson in Sandy, OR from Colorado. We changed our minds not once, but twice, and everyone there was nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful.
