Absolutely wonderful experience with Key Inspection on our new home. We had the full inspection done, as well as the sewer scope. Brad was not only extremely professional and courteous, he checked on so many things we hadn't even thought about or seen. His inspection and report was complete, thorough, and very understandable. He put things in perspective regarding the level of individual items as to whether it was something that needed an immediate fix or simply general maintenance. And, unbelievably, our inspection report... read more

Gordon was very thorough and professional in his inspection. He arrived on time and explained his inspection findings clearly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend Gordon and Key Inspection Services to any buyer looking for a thorough inspection of a property.

Justin was comprehensive in his review. Explained relevant findings and even took a phone call on his day off to clarify a finding.

We had Key Inspection Services do the inspection for our prospective home. Maribeth show up on time (maybe even a bit earlier), gave us the run down and went straight to work. Maribeth was super sweet and did such a thorough job! The inspection report had SO much detail and really helped us assess the state of the home. At the end, we were given a high level summary and got the report that same evening. I think we paid about $900 and it was worth every penny! Would definitely recommend! Thank you, Maribeth!

I had Key Inspection Services come out to my house AFTER I bought my house for a peace of mind and they were who was recommended by my realtor. We opted for the top package that included air quality testing and sewer scope. The inspector did find a few items that we were unaware of however he also did miss some very critical items that we had found if you had looked a little harder. They missed a roof leak in the attic from the chimney and missed termite damage in the garage. This type of damage is why we want an inspector i... read more

I cannot rave enough about the service I received from Key Inspection and Justin. He was very thorough, super professional, and explained things to me in a way that I would understand without sounding condescending. I got my report fast and was pleased with the details on it. 10/10 would use again for a home inspection. Thanks, Justin! You're amazing!

Key Inspection Service provided an experience above expectations. The report is detailed with comments and photos. The team is also very responsive with a quick turnaround. The report is digital and easy to view and understand. I especially like the color system for categories issues found by high and low priority. The page is responsive and user-friendly. Brandon was our inspector with years of experience. He was able to answer our questions in great detail. We used Key Inspections when looking to buy a house out of state.... read more
