Key Inspection Services is a top notch company. I was blown away by the detail in their report, the expansive knowledge and willingness to answer questions all along the way. Nathan and Brandon are awesome! The process of buying a home can be stressful, but the quality of the inspection you receive will surpass your expectations and help put your mind at ease... Knowing that you are getting a quality home, or that you may be walking into a money pit. Incredible experience, and I learned a lot! Very highly recommended.

We had a very short window to get a pre-inspection done. We actually had two homes Farren helped to inspect. Both times Farren was fantastic. Super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. He was thorough, walked thru and explained things to me. The report was great too. Really easy to read. Thanks Farren!

Key inspections has the fastest the around time in the business. What I like best about them is that they are not a one man show. They are a team of inspector that makes scheduling a breeze. I can always get someone out there within a few days or less, and best of all, the inspection is often completed, and the report deliver, by the time I get back to the office.

As part of my purchase contract, we need a quick turn-around on the inspection, and Key Inspection Services got back to me with an available appointment the following business day. Brandon was extremely thorough and respectful of the home as he went through the inspection, e.g. taking his shoes off as he walked through the interior of the home. He answered all of my questions and explained things that I didn't understand. Brandon provided me with the report that same evening, as well as a copy of book that is essentially a h... read more

There is nothing more exciting and stressful than taking on the task of becoming a home owner. We want that home to be perfect. One step to getting that peace of mind is the inspection. Let me just share that it begins with punctuality, Nathan was on time. I also observed how respectful of the individual's home he was. Wearing appropriate footwear to be inside. Carefully moving things around to access crawl spaces and such. He gave a good recap and what to expect. The detail of the final report was well put together. Easy to... read more

Since they did our house inspection years ago when we were buying and we were very happy with the results, I reached out to them one more time to redo it so that we can get ahead of any possible problems in our house. Brandon came over on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a very quick but thorough inspection. And he was able to spot our rotting soffit that needs immediate attention. I would have never noticed it if it wasn't for Brandon.
