Shout out to Brandon from Key Inspection Services for a stellar inspection experience in Seattle! Everything from the appointment confirmation, the actual inspection to the great follow-up emails was a classy experience. Brandon arrived early and had the entire exterior of the house already inspected when we arrived at our scheduled time. He was happy to answer any and all questions from the buyer and always carried a great attitude. His inspection report was thorough and super easy to navigate/ understand. Brandon pretty... read more
Nathan was very thorough and caught some electrical issues that we wouldn't have found without an inspection.
We have used three times now. The workers are prompt and kind and thorough. They saved us thousands in roof repairs after pointing out issues with the roof that the seller's pre inspection had missed...in two different houses! Each time the roofer agreed with Key Services. The format of the report is clear and easy to understand and they tend to point out the important stuff, rather than nitpick every last thing. Crossing fingers that we won't need to use them again and we've found our house but definitely recommend. A good ... read more
Wow! Phenomenal service with extremely timely responses, scheduling, and full detailed report. We called late last minute on a weekend, got an inspection scheduled for the next day after they got creative and moved some things around, and then received the most detail-oriented and thorough reports I've seen. Will be using Farren and the rest of the Key Inspection team from now on.
J did a great job with our inspection! He took the time to explain his findings and give his us his honest opinion as well as options for what we could do. His report was delivered quickly and was detailed and easy to understand.
We hired Key Inspection Services to perform an inspection for us prior to listing our home. Farren was professional and conducted a very comprehensive inspection. We now have a list of items to address, secure in the knowledge that we won't have any surprises as we go through the selling process. They found some issues that our inspector didn't find when we purchased the home 13 years ago. I highly recommend Key Inspection Services.
Business response:
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review Craig and hope to work with you again one day. Best wishes!
Brandon did a home inspection for us. He was thorough and communicative. We definitely recommend.
Key inspection did an inspection on the home we are purchasing. They were very professional and respectful. They did a thorough job and gave us our report back very quickly. The report was very easy to understand with pictures and and clear descriptions.
They are courteous, prompt and value your time as a customer. When I used them they returned a typed up copy of their findings that was easy to read and helpful as well as having it broken down into a type of priority level that is helping to influence the order of certain repairs we plan on doing to our home.
Business response:
We really appreciate you making time to leave us a review Saxon! Thank you for your business :)
