We hired Key Inspection to check our newly remodeled house in Sammamish. Nathan and the other guy showed up on time (actually 15 minutes earlier to inspect exterior parts). They patiently explained everything to me while they were inspecting, and also gave safety suggestions. Their inspection is very thorough and didn't skip any corner. One thing i really appreciate is that, after they found water backing up in shower sink when vanity faucet was opened, they dive deep the issue and tried several ways to see if the water wo... read more
Brandon from Key Inspection was awesome. Aside from being very professional, Brandon was very responsive to our questions and requests. The inspection was thorough and complete with a very understandable summary. We will be using Key again. Thank you!
Brandon was awesome. He took time to explain his process and everything he had found. Highly recommend using this company for inspections.
Brandon showed up on time and was completely thorough inspecting this home for us. This is new construction and he was able to identify multiple issues that the builder had missed. Love that we got his complete written report in less than 24 hours. Totally impressed!
Business response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. Best wishes to you!
Just had Brandon do our home inspection in West Seattle. He did a fantastic job inspecting our new home purchase. He was so detailed and clear. Ask for Brandon If you need and want the best!
Business response:
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience and posting this FANTASTIC pic!! You are AWESOME!! Best wishes :)

Made a particular effort to explain issues clearly, non-condescendingly and include both members of our couple :) We were swiftly swamped by the other interested buyers and ended up transferring the inspection to other interested buyers, but really appre... read more
Farren helped my husband and I inspected a few houses in the past. We feel very comfortable working with him. He's knowledgeable and humorous. Every time we are well informed with the house condition. Also it is really convenient to book with them through their website. We trust him!
Nathan was great! He was efficient in his inspection and professional. He also answered questions about when a contractor might be needed for a repair versus a handyman or DIY. Thanks!
Great service. Easy to schedule. Very thorough. Provided ample photos of defects and areas of concern. Thanks will use them again.
