If you are looking for an exceptional inspection service, please contact this company!! Though I was to get another inspector out to my potential purchase, Farren (the owner) came out. He was beyond exceptional!! Please note that I have been a builder for over 30 years (won several awards and featured in Better Homes and Gardens- the largest spread on the West coast for several years for a project in Edmonds). Nonetheless, any great professional knows that they should not give themselves second opinions. It was beyo... read more

I can't recommend Brian and Key Inspection Services enough. They are professional, easy to work with and most importantly thoroughly inspected the house we wanted to buy. Brian pointed out several areas of concern and summarized everything in a detailed report with lots of photos. When I had a follow up question about the report, he responded within a few hours and provided additional details and recommendations. Their website was easy to use and allowed me to pick the date and time that fit my schedule. I don't think anyon... read more

Farren was excellent. Prompt, professional and patient. As first time homebuyers he took the time to show us all the "must know" places of the home. The report was detailed and easy to read. It identified major and minor concerns, as well as safety hazards. I recommend without hesitation.

Had a great inspection by Brian McDowell. He addressed all of my concerns and gave very detailed information to me on how to operate my home. Went above and beyond what I expected and should I move I hope to use his services again. :)

It's the one year anniversary of our home and we wanted an inspection to check out if our builder needed to do any repairs under the warranty. Nathan was our inspector. He was very professional, maneuvering and handling equipment with care. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to maintain our home. Nathan generated the report promptly and it was very detailed with pictures and charts. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism with which Nathan exhibited. I wish all s... read more

My fiance and I were doing our first home inspection and were nervous because we've heard stories about inspectors rushing through the job or missing crucial details that end up being discovered later on. I did not even need to voice any concerns to Farren, and he far exceeded any expectations I could've imagined. Farren was timely, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell while you are with him that he has years of experience under his belt - makes you even more comfortable with his work! Farren was very thoroug... read more

Key Inspection is amazing. They are always at the home early, act with patience and knowledge, and are incredibly thorough in their inspection. Buying a home is a huge purchase. It's very reassuring to have someone like Brandon come out and take a look at your home with a detailed eye, telling you all about the majors of your home (heating, plumbing, electrical, roof, etc) - things most homeowners would have little knowledge of. Would recommend Key Inspection over and over again!

Cant say enough about these guys. They did my home inspection and were so thorough, nice/down to earth, very knowledgeable and helpful on items in the house I had questions on. They go over everything twice and I know I felt 100Xs better about my home after their inspection. Because no one wants surprises later on with a home. If I ever need something on my home reviewed they will be my number one choice.

Had a great experience with Nathan. He arrived on time and was very thorough inspecting the property. He explained all the details and potential fixes in easy to understand language and had a good sense of humor. I also liked the communication and reminders from Key Inspection in the days leading up to the service. I had my finished report in hand for a 2000 sqft inspection within hours of finishing. Keep up the great work!
