Brandon Ring inspected my first house I'm in the process of buying. He did a great & thorough job. He sent a nice & detailed report with pictures of the issues right after the inspection was completed. Also took time to explain all the issues to me. Was very nice and professional. Would recommend to other home buyers.

We had Nathan from key inspection services inspect our home. He explained everything that we needed to know about the house. It was very helpful and useful information as we were first time home buyers. The inspection was extremely thorough. Would definitely recommend using key inspection services for your home inspection !

Brandon is hands down the best inspector I have come across!! He is always so kind. He takes them time to explain things to you and allows you to ask as many questions as you need. He is patient and very detailed in his inspections. The report that he send is very clear and extremely easy to read! He also assigns that type of person who he recommends come out to take care of any issues that may have come up! Key inspections is a great company and I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone use them for home inspections!!

Brandon has done a good job in providing detailed inspection report. He took time to inspect minor details as well and report. He called out things that needed monitoring and asked to confirm with sellers for coverage under warranty. I strongly recommend key services and Brandon in particular.

WOW! 5 stars for Brandon who came out to our new house we were buying on a Sunday! Who does that? Well we found out practically nobody. They didn't even charge us any surcharge for Sunday as they work 7 days a week. Brandon was patient, walked us through everything not just at the end but as he was finding things to be fixed. My parents who own several rentals came up to make sure he did a good job as they've seen their fair share of inspectors and let me tell you they were even impressed!! As first time home buyers who is buying a new construction, we did not know what to expect for the inspection - We are thoroughly impressed by Brandon's works, he certainly set a very high bar for this business. Every single defects, no matter how inconspicuous it is, are revealed in the report - so we can ask builder to rework these areas and prevent future problems. Brandon did a really good job on house inspection! He is easy to communicate and arrived on time, also provided a very detailed report. He is pretty earnest and careful, apparently he is vey professional. I will definitely give 5 stars to him and his company, and refer my friends to them as well.

I have used Key Inspection Services during the purchase of three homes and I highly recommend them. Farren and his team are well qualified, competent, professional and courteous. They always show up on time and the end result is an excellent report that provides a prospective buyer with a detailed list of every potential issue the home may have.
