Great service during inspection as I was purchasing the home. Walked through all the details, shared all the data. Listened to all my concerns addressed them in a professional manner and supported with data. Makes the whole process smooth. Ran a thorough inspection. Was punctual, extremely pro. I'd recommend with no hesitation. Buying a home is extremely stressful and having the right inspector is crucial. Thank you Team West Key inspection Services!

I met Farren in 2013 and had him inspect the condo we bought. He was able to give us a ton of advice about things we should look out for. This alone was worth the cost of his inspection. He was extremely thorough and documented everything - answer questions along the way. When we were looking to move, it was a no-brainer. This time, it was for a newly constructed home. He was a wealth of knowledge and very patient as I continued to pester him with all kinds of questions. It's clear he's extremely experienced, has a gr... read more

Professional, punctual, great communication, mindful of social distancing. J from the "Key Inspection Services" was on time, explained everything that he was about to do clearly and pleasantly. J used appropriate equipment to find issues that can not be uncovered without. The detail and presentation on the inspection report are the highest quality. Easy to understand, clear how to act on all the findings. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

Our agent recommended we use Key Inspection Services. The process from beginning to end was very smooth. Brandon showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the whole process. We received our inspection report the next morning. I would def recommend their services and would use them again in the future!

Key Inspections is great. Farren was on-time and came masked and ready to go. He was very friendly and professional and had the inspection done in 2.5 hours. He communicated the whole time and left the house the same as when he arrived. Had some confusion on scheduling but that was mostly my fault and it was taken care of quickly. Farren and his team were recommended by our real-estate agent for the pre-inspection to get our house ready to sell and I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company to anyone looking to get a quali... read more

We were in the process of purchasing a home and quickly needed a home pre-inspection to meet an offer deadline. Key Inspection Services came through with only 48 hours notice. Our inspector, Nathan, was prompt and very thorough. He was able to answer all of our questions and pointed us in the right direction where it was needed. He was able to compile the report same-day and had it in my inbox well before our offer was due. This helped immensely with understanding the risks we were willing to assume while remaining compe... read more
