Brandon did a fantastic job of inspecting our prospective home. He was thorough, professional, and incredibly communicative during the entire process from contract to execution of the work. He used facetime (we live in California) to show us all the points of concern he uncovered during the inspection. His completed report takes advantage of available technology in a very intuitive and informative way by making use of photos and video to accurately display the issues. We highly recommend his Five Star services!
Nathan B. was friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! He took his time, and was very thorough. He was able to answer all the questions we had, and explain things in detail. If he didn't know something, he could point us in the right direction to find answers. Key Inspection also provides a really great online report of ANY and ALL findings... when you get it, DON'T FREAK OUT.. They document and take photos of everything even if it's very minor. Would highly recommend Key Inspection Services and Nathan!

I strongly recommend Nathan at Key Inspection Services for your home inspection. He provided a thorough inspection of our 1940s home and an extremely detailed report. Most importantly, he impressed our fathers, both with immense carpentry and building experience at the visit.

My wife and I recently walked through our first home inspection with Brandon at Key Inspection, and it was a great experience. Brandon was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, not only completely his due diligence but taking the extra step of looping us in on what he was looking for, the importance, and what action we might take moving forward. The end result was a thorough report that provided the details we needed to move forward and also additional knowledge as we continue to explore the housing market. Thank You!!
Brandon was quick to respond to our request to inspect a home we were thinking of buying and provided his inspection report on the day of the inspection. I was able to follow him through the house for the inspection. He described to me the criteria he was using to make judgements about the various aspects of the inspection and his responses to my questions were clear, helpful and not rushed. His final report included pictures and videos to support his findings. The seller did not contest his findings.
Really appreciated the thorough nature of Brandon's approach. Very social & answered all our questions. Report was very informative and well organized as well.
