Brandon Brockway-Ring came to inspect a home in Arlington for me. I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He was more than willing to explain what he was looking at and why. I found his report complete (with pictures), and readily understandable. Key Inspection's report format breaks the information into several areas; each area is topped by a graphic summary showing where each task fell on the "critical issue - it's fine" spectrum. Very, very pleased.

I had a great experience with Farren as my home inspector. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was very thorough when inspecting the house and did a great job educating me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Nathan inspected the home we sold as well as the next home we purchased. His online system and email reminders are organized and helpful. He is a true professional. All of your inspection details are clearly laid out and ready to share. It's easy to see the photographs and descriptions of what was observed and how it can be improved. We highly recommend Nathan and appreciate his work.

I used Key Inspection Services during the recent purchase of my new home. They were recommended by my realtor, and I had a really great experience with them. The person who did the inspection seemed very knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. And he put the report together very quickly per my request, and then responded rapidly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend them to other home buyers or owners.

Brandon did our inspection. I was curious when I saw a one star review here saying they did not actually go up on the roof, but Brandon did, despite being a very high roof and relatively difficult access. (If you have high roof, make sure you let them know how high in advance to bring the appropriate ladder. I think we got lucky because there was a ladder in the garage.) The inspection only took 2 hours which worried me a bit, but it was not a huge property and it was newer, so perhaps that's why. It cost ~$450. Brandon ... read more

Pictures and clear explanation of the findings in the report as well as the walkthrough. Was very detailed and checked everything that could be without damaging property. Had some mishaps with scheduling but in the end, everything worked out. We were on a very short deadline in which we had to get in done in 3 days and come to a decision or it becomes an automatic waive for the property we were in the process of buying. Very friendly and open to any questions and did not rush us.

Glad to make the right choice by having Farren and J for my home inspection. Both are very friendly and knowledgable about everything. They are simply subject matter experts without a doubt. They inspected everything carefully and ended up finding multiple major issues that need to be addressed immediately. Minor issues were also noted appropriately. The visual report provided has revealed many details and I truly enjoy reading the report! Keep up the great work, Farren and J!
