I have been using Key Inspection Services for about 2 years now. Each time they are nothing short of fabulous! They are available, responsive, reliable and competent. We cannot Express how much we appreciated Farren and Nathan. Our inspector bailed on us the day before our inspection. We reached out to Farren the night before and he immediately responded via text, answered all my concerns and sent Nathan to our site. I worked with Key Inspection Services for my new home both 1st month and 11th month inspection with Brandon Ring. He has been very supportive, knowledgeable, detailed and was awesome. He had also given some tips to maintain as a home owner. I would recommend Brandon for my family and friends if they need a home inspector. The report he provide also very detailed. Brandon is simply fantastic !!!!

This was our first time using Key Inspection Services on a potential purchase of a home. Brandon was awesome. Very professional and thorough! Buying a house is a serious investment and you want to know what you are getting into before you make such a commitment. Because Brandon was so thorough I believe he saved us from a "money pit". I will definitely be using them again for our next house and would strongly recommend them for anyone who is a first time home buyer and is nervous about making their first home purchase.

I'd love to recommend Key Inspection. It is probably not the cheapest on the market, but I won't save ~$50 on this -- inspection is important! I used the service twice (Brandon and Nathan). They both were super responsible, knowledgeable, detailed, and answered all my questions. The written report was pretty thorough. They checked foundation (which I think is the most important factor) carefully for me, and identified a major issue for one of the house I was looking at, totally worth the money. Brandon did a fantastic job. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. He took time to explain what he was doing as he was going through the steps, he answered all questions with great details, and provided tips for future maintenance in many cases. He took pictures and copious notes on anything that was worth noting. At the end, he typed up a very comprehensive report. Highly recommended.

We've hired Farren and Key Inspection twice now. Most recently, we had Farren and his associate Nathan come out to inspect a new construction home that we were purchasing. The builder had unusual requirements to "allow" inspectors on site but Farren took it up despite it being tedious and completely out of the ordinary. Brandon and the team are the best! They are super responsive and customer service focused. The onsite inspections are always great and the report is detailed and through. Brandon is very knowledgeable and explains everything he inspects onsite. He's patient and answers all my questions. In the seattle market, you need a few inspections before you find the perfect house - I won't go anywhere else!

My inspector Brian was great. He was on time, walked my property with me and made annual upkeep recommendations in addition to pointing out any potential issues that should be addressed before my one-year new construction warranty expires. I also have a super playful dog and it didn't bother him one bit. He was so nice to her and she enjoyed him as well. Highly, highly recommended.
