We called Kilowatt to help fix an issue with our heater after the company sent by our home warranty wasn't able to help, and I'm so glad we did. From the office staff to the technician who came out (Francis), everyone was friendly, responsive and helpful. Francis was able to diagnose the issue and gave us several options not only to fix the issue but to optimize our unit overall. Definitely recommend going with Kilowatt!

When our HVAC stopped working during the hottest week of the summer, Kilowatt responded quickly to our call. Everyone at Kilowatt was so kind and friendly. Vernon was especially helpful explaining the process and options to replace our HVAC. Vernon responded to all our communications quickly and worked to accommodate our needs of timing and budget.

Kilowatt replaced our old gas furnace/AC system with a new efficient heat pump. They were very professional, communicative, and detail oriented. They also provided us with portable ac unit to keep us cool before the new one was installed. We are very happy with the results.

Kilowatt installed our HVAC system seven years ago and since then has serviced our units regularly every six months. From the beginning, we have been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of everybody involved, from the owner, Dean, to the technicians (usually Francis in our case) and the office staff. A few years ago, our air conditioner went out in the hottest part of the summer. Kilowatt installed a new air conditioner/heating unit in ONE DAY! Fast, efficient, and the price was right as well. I signed up for their maintenance program and it has been fantastic! I can't recommend them enough. If you're too hot, CALL KILOWATT!

We have had two interactions with Kilowatt recently. Both times their technician, Francis, went above and beyond. The first time we wanted someone to come and service our system as we have been in our house for a year without doing so. Francis came out and took a thorough look at everything. He was honest and acted with integrity when he told us it wouldn't be worth spending any money on the system, as it was already 20 years old and had not been maintained well previously. We needed a new heating system as ours failed in late November. I was able to arrange an estimate with Kilowatt quickly and easily. The price quoted was comparable to other quotes I got but they really seemed to understand our situation and were able to get the work done quickly even around the holidays. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely use them again for HVAC or other electrical needs.

Kilowatt did it again!!!!!! We were having issues with our AC/Heating unit for sometime. Kilowatt Heating gave us multiple options to resolve our issues. Even price options. The team that came out were very knowledgeable and got right to work. They double checked everything over and over and didn't leave until the job was done properly. Dean, the owner came by to look over the work and answer any questions that we had. I definitely recommend these guys for any AC/Heating jobs in the valley
