I called Kilowatt on a Sunday, because all of the appliances in my kitchen had gone out. The circuit breaker switch was not staying in place, and I thought it needed to be replaced. I left a message for a call back. The owner Dean returned my call and told me how to fix it over the phone. He told me he didn't want to send a tech out to do something that would be simple for me to do, and to save me from having to spend money on a simple solution. He was so kind and helpful and ethical. Great customer service, responsive, show up on time, great at keeping the house clean, explain everything in a clear manner, and very professional. They installed our rooftop HVAC unit a couple of years ago, and offer a maintenance program to keep the warranty going and the unit working. The price they offered for replacing the rooftop HVAC unit was well within the ballpark of other companies. Definitely recommended!

they get 5 stars for being so respectful, nice and orgenized and most of all on time there prices were extremely high up to 50% more when it came to appel to appel comperison,,,i did not use them but they are great professional business

Five stars for Kilowatt, Dean ( owner) and their technicians. In the last few years they installed a new HVAC system in our home, after we determined the existing one was old and under powered. No one likes to pay for maintenance, but their routine service keeps our system in good shape for 105 or 35 degrees. This past weekend during all the rain our sump pump stopped working , we placed a call to them for someone to come and fix the problem. Dean came over himself and solved the issue in less than 30 minutes!

Kilowatt installed our a/c and heating system over 4 years ago and have been attending to regular maintenance since then. Great service, very professional, never had a problem with the system. They take before and after pictures such as during a cleaning, so you can see what they did.
