I'm so glad I found Kilowatt. When we moved out here from the East Coast, Kilowatt updated the 50 year old breaker panel in our Encino apartment, which ended up making the heat work! I was looking for HVAC servicing in the Sherman Oaks area. Dean responded on a Sunday within minutes and had my heat up and running within the hour. Highly recommend Kilowatt!

Update: Going on two years since my system replacement and still so happy with Kilowatt. I opted for their maintenance program which is not only a money saver, but makes sure I get my equipment serviced twice yearly. Francis showed up promptly, did great work, was super polite, and answered all my questions. Kilowatt continues to be amazing!

Simply put, you will not find a better heating and air company, period. They are professional and courteous from when you first call for service through to completing the job. The technicians are courteous and friendly and most importantly, know what they are doing. Been dealing with Dean and Kilowatt for over 15 years, would never use anyone else!

If you're looking for a very professional business this is it. From Ana on the phone to Francis the technician this company it top notch. Francis spent a lot of time with me and answered any and all questions about my old AC/Heat unit. Unfortunately my old unit is really worth fixing so he gave me many options on a new unit. I'm still not sure when I can afford a new unit but when I'm ready I'll be calling Kilowatt.
