We needed a new heating system as ours failed in late November. I was able to arrange an estimate with Kilowatt quickly and easily. The price quoted was comparable to other quotes I got but they really seemed to understand our situation and were able to get the work done quickly even around the holidays. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely use them again for HVAC or other electrical needs.

Kilowatt did it again!!!!!! We were having issues with our AC/Heating unit for sometime. Kilowatt Heating gave us multiple options to resolve our issues. Even price options. The team that came out were very knowledgeable and got right to work. They double checked everything over and over and didn't leave until the job was done properly. Dean, the owner came by to look over the work and answer any questions that we had. I definitely recommend these guys for any AC/Heating jobs in the valley

Last night I noticed the thermostat showing 80*. A closer look showed two alert messages. It was a Saturday night and the temperature was dropping so I turned on a fan and went to bed. Sunday morning I called Kilowatt got the message center told them the situation, they said they would notify the company. 15 minutes later Dean the owner of the company calls tells me he checked his computer looked up my system saw the codes, then tells me how to reset set the unit. Let me start with usually how I end my reviews. If you're in need of of help with your AC or Electrical work HIRE Kilowatt! Ok now that we've gotten that out of the way let me go into my experience. After 15 years we needed a new unit. These guys showed up on time with a brand new system installed in less than eight hours. If you want value, this is it. They are very professional and left the place sparkling clean. Not just empty promises: they say what they do and they do what they say.

Great quality and service. Customer service is top notch. They are on top of things at all times, in the best way possible. They called me about 6 months after they installed our Platinum HVAC to setup a time to come by and check on things and change the filters and just make sure that things are running smoothly. It was free of charge and just something they do as part of being a wonderful company. Thank you!

First Dean Gilford, Kilowatt's owner, called me back on a Saturday night--amazing, unexpected, reassuring! Then again on Sunday morning he took the time to call me and set up an appointment for Byron to come by on Monday. Byron talked us through the options. We went with the heat pump, 4-tonnage, variable. And we had it up and running by Wednesday.
