Last night I noticed the thermostat showing 80*. A closer look showed two alert messages. It was a Saturday night and the temperature was dropping so I turned on a fan and went to bed. Let me start with usually how I end my reviews. If you're in need of of help with your AC or Electrical work HIRE Kilowatt! Ok now that we've gotten that out of the way let me go into my experience. I started with thinking I just was going to need the fuses replaced in my AC unit. Sadly that wasn't the case. "Byron" and his team are awesome! We loved working with Kilowatt They were so easy to talk to on the consultation and were very thorough in explaining the process. The quote was very reasonable and fair: When they did the install the guys who came were so kind and hardworking. Can't recommend enough!

After 15 years we needed a new unit. These guys showed up on time with a brand new system installed in less than eight hours. If you want value, this is it. They are very professional and left the place sparkling clean. Not just empty promises: they say what they do and they do what they say.

Great quality and service. Customer service is top notch. They are on top of things at all times, in the best way possible. They called me about 6 months after they installed our Platinum HVAC to setup a time to come by and check on things and change the filters and just make sure that things are running smoothly. It was free of charge and just something they do as part of being a wonderful company. Thank you!

First Dean Gilford, Kilowatt's owner, called me back on a Saturday night--amazing, unexpected, reassuring! Then again on Sunday morning he took the time to call me and set up an appointment for Byron to come by on Monday. Byron talked us through the options. We went with the heat pump, 4-tonnage, variable. And we had it up and running by Wednesday. Kilowatt came recommended to me by two work colleagues and they did not disappoint. Incredible company and above and beyond service. Dean and then Vernon helped coordinate a completely new HVAC install in my home, and Joe, Hector, Armando and Jose came to do the replacement and install.
