Great quality and service. Customer service is top notch. They are on top of things at all times, in the best way possible. They called me about 6 months after they installed our Platinum HVAC to setup a time to come by and check on things and change the filters and just make sure that things are running smoothly. It was free of charge and just something they do as part of being a wonderful company. Thank you!

First Dean Gilford, Kilowatt's owner, called me back on a Saturday night--amazing, unexpected, reassuring! Then again on Sunday morning he took the time to call me and set up an appointment for Byron to come by on Monday. Byron talked us through the options. We went with the heat pump, 4-tonnage, variable. And we had it up and running by Wednesday. Kilowatt came recommended to me by two work colleagues and they did not disappoint. Incredible company and above and beyond service. Dean and then Vernon helped coordinate a completely new HVAC install in my home, and Joe, Hector, Armando and Jose came to do the replacement and install. I recently called Kilowatt on a Friday night because my AC was not working. Not only did a repairman (Byron) come out within 24 hours (on a Saturday), but he fixed the wiring and got the unit working again. He let me know that my air conditioning was on its last legs and suggested I get a new one. He worked with me on the pricing and was not at all pushy. Our aircondition unit stopped working on Wednesday and we called Kilowatt. Within a few minutes, the owner, Dean called us. He was in the neighborhood and he came out much to our delight since it was 94 degrees outside. He restarted the unit. However, it is on its last legs and we will need a new one. Kilowatt installed my furnace and A/C when I moved into my house over 11 years ago. They service the unit every year and point out anything I should be doing to keep it working better. I've had 2 small related issues which they dealt with quickly. The last one was a bit scary for me. Water was leaking from the ceiling by a light fixture. When I called, Dean told me how to deal with it until they could come out. This is a little late but we have kilowatt help repair our air conditioning which gave way. Ernie helped us and was fantastic. Prompt, thorough, and very patient. I really liked how well he was able to explain everything so clearly of how the system worked and things which may be affecting it. Very very positive experience with Ernie.

Contacted for help with a cooling outage and Dean was very helpful to discuss on the phone what might be the problem and actually recommended I go to another provider who had a relationship with the brand of my unit. I really appreciate that integrity.
