I recently called Kilowatt on a Friday night because my AC was not working. Not only did a repairman (Byron) come out within 24 hours (on a Saturday), but he fixed the wiring and got the unit working again. He let me know that my air conditioning was on its last legs and suggested I get a new one. He worked with me on the pricing and was not at all pushy. Our aircondition unit stopped working on Wednesday and we called Kilowatt. Within a few minutes, the owner, Dean called us. He was in the neighborhood and he came out much to our delight since it was 94 degrees outside. He restarted the unit. However, it is on its last legs and we will need a new one. Kilowatt installed my furnace and A/C when I moved into my house over 11 years ago. They service the unit every year and point out anything I should be doing to keep it working better. I've had 2 small related issues which they dealt with quickly. The last one was a bit scary for me. Water was leaking from the ceiling by a light fixture. This is a little late but we have kilowatt help repair our air conditioning which gave way. Ernie helped us and was fantastic. Prompt, thorough, and very patient. I really liked how well he was able to explain everything so clearly of how the system worked and things which may be affecting it. Very very positive experience with Ernie.

Contacted for help with a cooling outage and Dean was very helpful to discuss on the phone what might be the problem and actually recommended I go to another provider who had a relationship with the brand of my unit. I really appreciate that integrity.

Byron came out today to check my system. I was using another company who said I needed thousands of dollars worth of repair. I was shocked because my system had previously been working perfectly well. Byron assured me that we didn't need to do work, and continued to do a routine check on my system. I will be using Kilowatt from now on!

Tommy came out to service our AC. It just isn't keeping up with our (so far) mild heat and we didn't want to wait until it got worse. He had several suggestions on how we could improve the cooling output. While we couldn't do all of them this time, we are scheduled for a deeper cleaning next week and I decided to sign up for the service contract. The AC seems to be running better already, and he was polite, kept things clean, and was punctual.

I've had my system for about 12 years. Byron came out today to do my 6 month maintenance. He was very thorough in his check up and assessment of my system. He also took pictures of my roof (unasked) to show me how it's doing which was very helpful!

I had the crew at Kilowatt put in a new hvac system in my home some years ago. It was a pleasure doing business with them then and since that time they also do the routine maintenance. Every time the service person has been prompt, friendly and efficient. Yesterday Tommy came out to do the service which had not been done in a while. He did his stuff, answered my questions and was done in a jiffy. Would recommend him and the company for sure.
